We went to this place for the first time and I think the last. The service simply needs a better management. The waitress was absolutely not friendly at all! Not smiling, with ATTITUDE. Like did not want to serve people, if you don't like your job, then don't do it! That's not the way you would treat customers. The taste of food was good though, thanks to chef:) but customer service sucks there very badly. Would not recommend to friends or family, no thank you.
So disappointed, was expecting much better service from the place like that:(

First time and Last Time.

The food was tasty, but wow the prices for what you get is very imbalanced. I don't mind paying more for a local restaurant, but everything seems to be overpriced for what is served. The minimal amount of spaghetti served with meals should be embarrassing. We ordered takeout and asked if the $18 entree came with salad and were told no just bread. Looking online now, I see that it should have been.

We couldn't believe the food we received vs. what we paid when we got it home. Something was very off.

Comfortable environment. Not to noisy so conduvive to conversation. Food is delicious, fairly priced and plentiful. They make their own desserts. Cheesecake was excellent.

Fresh from the freezer. When I read the reviews I expected much more. Cocktails good but slightly pricey for being in Woodstock. The food was mediocre at best. Had a bit more attention to detail been paid and better ingredients used there is a true possibility here. I don't know if they are newer or if this is a new chef but they have much to learn. The quality compared to the price is not worth it.

Had such an amazing experience my first time in I had to come back a week later! Even on a packed Friday night I got just as excellent, kind and attentive service as I did my last visit in early afternoon when it was much slower and we could monipolize the wait staff! Everything is cooked to perfection, they are extremely accommodating (I got pasta shells and wanted to add Alfredo sauce, it was divine), and the bartender is glorious. I have my new favorite Italian restaraunt, and it isn't any of those cold impersonal giant chain places!!!

The best Italian I've had in a long time. Great food, diverse menu, not just pasta and pizza. Every dish was flavor and familiar at the same time. The go-to Italian restaurant in the area. Hands down good.
