Everything was good until the lane stopped working midway through our second game (we had paid for an hour of play). We went up to the front desk and they said they'd look into it but then 15 minutes passed and our time limit was up. The manager then explained to us after we went up the second time that it was "fixed" and that it had only taken 2 minutes while we had actually waited 15 and it still wasn't (the scoreboard didn't work and the pins were being held in the air) and only offered 5 minutes of play time to reimburse us. This was while he saw us putting our shoes on to leave. What a way to celebrate a birthday! Horrible customer service and lanes don't work.

It was far overpriced and while the appearance was cool, they stopped us mid-game. The desk workers were friendly, but the owner was unfriendly. I would not go to this bowling alley again. Very disappointing.

Atmosphere and technology are decent. Prices are terrible. Service was sub-par. Owner is known to be disagreeable. We were cut-off midgame after being lied to about prices on the phone. At least the people who work at the desk are nice.

Overall a good place to hang out and bowl. Nothing special, prices are decent, have some deals going on. Only weird thing is they make you give one of your shoes as security deposit :( As my friend Walter would put it - you are out of your element!

The only good thing that I can say is: the spicy veggie wrap was good. The bar manager was like everyones least favorite uncle. Crabby should not be in a customer service industry.

Nice, clean bowling alley, I bring my children here because they participate in "kids bowl free" and all we have to pay for is the shoe rental. The restaurant will deliver to your lane. The lanes are good, although on our last visit one of the pins was being read inconsistently (showed as knocked over when it had not been). There is a separate party area.
They spray the shoes with Lysol between uses. For young children, 6 and 7 lb balls are available on request, along with bumpers and rolling racks.response / report this review -

Came here just for food & music, so this review does not apply to the game experience
Having eaten at a couple bowling alleys in the past, my expectations were low, but the food was actually pretty OK. I got the nachos, and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. Crisp lettuce, real shredded cheese, diced tomatoes. My only complaint is the construction: the veggies were pretty cold on the top and cooled the whole thing down pretty much right as it hit the table. Looking around, the pizza looks great. When I come back for the live big band music, I'm definitely getting that.response / report this review -

Staff was very helpful, fun, and attentive. Facility was super clean. Would love to try their deluxe lanes sometime. I would spend more time there if it wasn't an hour drive.

My friends and I came her for Ladies Night, $1 games! We had a lot of fun and the service was great. Since it was late, they turned on cosmic bowling for us. Would definitely come back again!

Used to be one of my favorite places to bowl! There was definitely a change because I just experienced awful management behavior and horrible service. The food was never great but it is just inedible at this point.
