Worst experience. Was seated right away but after ten minutes of watching waitresses walk past us and not one got our drink order my husband went and asked if we were going to get any servicetheir response was "I will try to find someone". There were at least 3 waitresses standing around doing nothing so we ended up leaving and going to Mellow Mushroom where we received excellent service!!!

The food is good, the waitresses are quick to respond and rarely kept us waiting. We have been on Saturday nights, Friday night's and several weekdays. Weekend wait times are high, but during the week and lunch hours, it's great. They often have events and keep the crowd entertained

KBJ's is great. Delicious, good variety and always great service. They need to be a little more flexible with side orders. By that I mean if you have something as an appetizer then you should be able to get it as a side. Most restaurants make the same mistake so I can't hate them for it. I just wished someone would figure that one out.

A fun place to hangout with friends. Food was good, a bit dry on the chicken wings. Lots of TV'S for watching games. The waitresses we're very friendly and didn't mind cutting up with our group.

I had a great quesadilla chicken salad and the wife had steak and shrimp. The steak was a little over cooked but everything was very good and we had excellent service. They have awesome wings of all types too I love the dry rub wings!

The salads served are a great size and served in a cut friendly bowl. I didn’t spill a bit of my salad cutting up which usually is sure to irritate with any salad. Very pleased!!!

Food is okay, have to watch what you get, some days are better than others. If you sit at the bar, you'll have to ask for a food menu a few times.
If you have any issues with anything at all their management and the security team is very understanding and will sort out any concern you have.

Really good thick burgers! Fried pickles are so good here, the sauce provided for them is VERY good.
We've only done pick up orders. But the staff interaction I've experienced has always been friendly.
When ordering pick up, dbl check your order for utensils and condiments. With each order we've purchased none were provided.

Wow. Poor service. The only person that got service was the guy that told the bar tender he did not have money to pay. This was 05/11/17. The other night the service was great. 05/09/17. It is hot or MISS. Depending on who is working. Good luck.

Sunday evening at 6:30pm with a band outside. Inside there were many tables empty but the service was very slow. Our server was also a bartender who was getting sexually harassed by drunk patrons so she is in no way to blame for our experience. She was very pleasant. Our food was mediocre. Our food was not hot at all, like it had been sitting for a while. The ribs were surprisingly amazing. The atmosphere was also a bit uncomfortable since so many obnoxiously drunk bikers kept stumbling by our table to use the restroom. Just seemed like behavior for a hole-in-the-wall bar not a restaurant. We may give it another try but it's hard to forgive such service and quality when the place was not busy. Not sure I recommend this place.

We were visiting Hickory to watch our daughter run inthe very last track meet of her collegiate career. We wished we had found kickback Jacks earlier in the trip. The food was very good, the drinks were great, they had corn hole, life size connect four and other games to pass the time. They have tv's for all your sports needs and the service is attentive and spot on. We enjoyed our visit.
