I had my oil changed on Nov 13 on my work van. Before I had the oil changed I had no leaks what so ever. They gave a report stating that the engine was really clean and looked fine. Later that day I found a large oil puddle under my van. Took back to lucas the next day they came up with all kinds of reasons besides what they could have done. Only thing we could come up with is either they left oil in or they over filled it. Repair cost is large amount of money and all they want to do is deflect it and says it was just a coincidence my motor started leaking same day.

They changed my oil as usual. Im a returning customer but no longer after this recent visit.. They seized my ignition and told me nothing about it until i went back in asking what happened. They then proceeded to make a story that makes zero sense. This was an awful visit and i had to fork up 165 dollars to replace the ignition myself. They didnt even offer me some sort of help compensation. They simply told me how to turn it off and i had to drive home without any electronics working. Never returning.

Lucas Oil has never caused any damage to my car as other reviews have stated. They even replaced my oil drain plug for free for being a return customer. However, plan ahead. I haven't gone without it taking an hour for my car to make it in to the bay. That being said, they provide a quality, extensive service that takes time to complete. Good service. Long wait times. 5 stars if it weren't for the wait.

I arrived here during a low volume time as only 6 vehicles were ahead of me, not bad with 3 bays. I hung around about 10 minutes then I walked to Meijer to pick up a few things. I was there at least 45 minutes. On my way back I saw an employee get in a car behind me pull it in front of my truck and into the bay. I went in and told them what I saw and that I am leaving. They waisted an hour of my life.

This is not a good place to go if you are looking for quick, in-and-out oil change. I took my 5 year old with me and we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes! Other than that, the inside was nice with a coffee shop, a massage chair, couches, and tables to sit at while you wait.

I was in town visiting relatives when it became time for me to get the oil change on my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer with 150,000+ miles. I searched reviews and came upon this option. Reviews looked good and a bonus they use Lucas oil products. That's all I use in my truck. I believe in their products. I usually buy the stuff and give it to my mechanic back home (which by the way is eastern Pennsylvania)

Staff was friendly, courteous and, knowledgeable. They did a full check of my truck. Informed me of the lower tire pressure in one of my tires, advised me that it was soon time to change the differential fluid. Replaced an air filter and, lubed the chassis.

Yes, the price is higher then your 5 minute grease monkey oil change establishments but, I felt comfortable and confident that the job was performed correctly and that I was able to make the 800 mile trip home.

I asked if there were any other Lucas Oil stations any where else. Unfortunately there aren't any others. You're lucky Evansville IN to have a reparable business that sells great products with fantastic service.

I know next time I'm in town and I'm due for an oil change, I'll go there !!!!

Not the fastest or the cheapest but I think it's the best place in town for an oil change. Comfortable waiting room. They don't try to upsell you into overpriced air filters, PCV valves, or windshield wipers unless you really do need them..

However, if you intend on doing anything else with your day besides getting a simple oil change, then I suggest taking your business elsewhere. I waited an hour before my car even made it into the bay. They are also on the higher end for oil change prices and you pay the extra to wait in a lobby for an hour with other people that have nothing else better to do with their day than to wait for their oil to get changed instead of a 15 min change waiting in your car. Good service. Terrible wait times.

I"m sold! Never going anywhere else to to have my truck serviced. For starters, they are open on Sundays. They are fast and thorough. The waiting area is huge and absolutely like no other oil changing facility around here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Their car wash is the best i have seen yet. Then I find out that its locally owned and operated, big plus in my books. And I was dreading to go get my oil changed, not anymore!!!!
