Don't get me wrong great food and service, but if you sit at the bar and order shots you will be cut off. From their management, this is a family establishment. No more drinks. Did nothing wrong ,or loud. It just doesn't seem right.

Beer is great and locally brewed, probably third or fourth best in the city. Full spirits with competent bartenders. Staff is fantastic and are what truly make this place successful. Food is very pricey and greasy, which is a good thing if you like bar food. All pizzas are cracker crust which Evansville is famous for, but not the best in city. This is a place of nostalgia and cozy atmosphere.
Additionally, the owners are sometimes there in the bar embarrassing themselves by drinking too much and belittling the staff. Ask them for a beer suggestion as they know it well!response / report this review -

Pizza isn't half bad here, same for the atmosphere. Prices aren't that bad either. I do appreciate the party room they offer for large groups. Wouldn't mind having a birthday here.

Strombolli was terrible. Waiter hardly checked on me. Will not be back. This place used to be the best. They hire a lot of college kids that do not seem to care. Choose kipplee.

This is my favourite haunt in Evansville! Even though I don't drink beer anymore, my guests and sons love it and it's a fun place to go to with family and friends

Pizza is good but not up to the specs of their downtown location. But the bar is high there downtown so maybe it's too much to ask?! Great staff and still good pizza but I go downtown because it is better.
