Brought the same size tire that was already on the car I had and they wouldn't put the rims on the new tires. They said the load index wasn't high enough. The tires I have all 4 of them will hold more than 4000 lbs. I have a 1600 lb car. Really frustrating. Wouldn't put them on probably because I didn't buy the tires from discount tire

Had been shopping around for a set of four brand new rims and tires for about a month. I came across Discount Tire in Evansville IN, and it was definitely the right choice. Quick, easy, and professional. We had one issue, but the manager solved our problem. He was very polite, and eager to help find a solution. I’d recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for rims, or tired. Definitely a place we’ll come back to in the future.

Very reasonable pricing and great people who work there. And if there's an emergency they are right there to take care of the situation, even if they have to stay open to help the customer immediately.. Thank you Richard monarch

Very helpful staff. I was able to get four new tires for about $400 less than what I was quoted at another business. I was there a little over an hour as they are very busy but with their prices saving me so much, it was definitely worth the short wait. They will have my business in the future for sure.

Had a flat tire and decided to get all 4 replaced. Made an appointment online that was super quick and easy. Got my car in right away and all of the technicians were well kept and very attentive! I actually forgot my wheel with the flat tire at home and when I came back they put me right at the front of the line and changed out in 10 minutes!

On time. Nice service. Four instead of five stars, because they didn't include the free services I asked to include.

Wonderful experience at Discount Tire. I was on a business trip and got a flat tire. I called 3 local tire stores and Discount was the least expensive and the service was outstanding. Ben hooked me up, along with another rep, and I couldn't have been happier towards an already crappy situation of catching a flat tire 200 miles from home.

This business is amazing. The warranties they offer are an awesome value and super helpful when random things happen to your tires. Not to mention the staff is top notch! I will never go to another tire shop.
