  This used to be my favorite nail shop in Goleta, as I was a loyal customer for over a year. Yet, one afternoon I got a set of acrylic gel nails done and messed up a nail on my way home. When I went back to get the nail fixed the very next day, not only was I ridiculed for "being clumsy" in front of all the other customers, but was also denied service. They claimed they were too busy to help me and that if they fixed one nail today, there would probably be another nail messed up tomorrow. After spending 50$ per nail session for over a year at this salon, I am highly disappointed with how I was treated as a customer. I will NEVER spend another dime at Lovely Nails. If you want to be valued as a customer and treated with respect on every occasion DO NOT get your nails done here, they don't even value long time customers, and probably won't treat new ones kindly either.

  The overweight Asian lady she was around 35 years old, trimmed my toe nails too short. Now I have have RAW TOE pain whenever I walk with my shoes on. THEY REUSE A SMALL SCRUB BRUSH ON MANY CUSTOMERS THIS IS HOW FUNGUS IS SPREAD. They are more expensive then other nail salons that I have gone to. I was charged $26 for a pedicure.

  David is amazing for manicures. I have acrylics and he does a fantastic job and is very good with nail art if that is your thing.
  
  Jenny did my pedicure last week. I injured my right leg and couldn't put my foot in the spa and was nervous about getting a pedicure at all, but Jenny was very gentle with my bum leg and super understanding.
  
  I have tried many nail salons in town, this is by far my favorite.

  i got my nails done by sidny this girl mest up my nails completely i cryed my fingers were hurting due to the exsesive glue she use never again will i go her co workers were supper nice but that girl was rushed and didnt listend to what i was telling her i should of gone to kims nails off turnpike there are truly amazing
