Great campground & resort. I've been going here for more than 20 years now.
Tons of amenities, lots of bathrooms located throughout the resort, hiking, horseback riding (for a fee), miniature golf, tennis court, 2 pools, hot tub, country store, river, horseshoes and more.
They offer tent or trailer sites, rental trailers, log cabins, western cabins and even a tipi.

This ranch was great! Quiet, they even let you pick out your own RV spot! They had nice cabins, stage coaches and tee pees to sleep in. The 2 pools Were very clean, and the hot tub was so relaxing in the evening after a day of fun. They have miniature golf, horseshoes, hiking, horseback riding, pool table, puzzles, and it's 30 min to Solvang, or Santa Barbara! Lots of stars at night, and quiet and peaceful. No cable, or wi fi, except in the adult room, nice to forget about the world for a little while, and just have fun!

We camped at Rancho Oso over Labor Day weekend. The entire west coast was hit with a terrible heat spell so it made camping not as enjoyable but that was no fault of the park. This camp ground is in a beautiful valley with picture perfect scenery and lots of wild life. The lodge served awesome food. A great spaghetti dinner (suggestion share between two people they give you enough food to feed a small army) we also had blue berry pancakes and bacon the following morning. There was a nice adult lodge with a pool table, reading room and rec area. Two much needed pools to help with the heat. All of the rv sites are full hookups which is really nice and not often found in a thousand trails park. My only grip is the last mile into the park is super narrow if we would have come up on another rig coming out I don't see how we would have been able to get around them. Overall a beautiful place in a great location with a short drive to Santa Barbara, Solvang and Santa Ynez.

The park has a horse farm, regular cottages and cabins for rent, as well as western wagons and 5 smaller western style cabins without a bathroom.

They have 2 swimming pools (one heated) and one hot tub.

There is space for your tent or your RV.

They have communal bbq pits, a restaurant that serves food on Fridays and Saturdays nights and breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

Absolute fantastic views, restrooms are clean. We had trouble with some insects bothering us. WiFi is only available in a very small area.

Stayed here for a week with some friends in their RV. Beautiful place, 2 pools, one heated and one not, a hot-tub, mini golf, horseshoes, and plenty of horseback riding and stabling. Clean hot showers and bathrooms. Has a small shop on site with gifts, snacks, drinks, and sundries. Lots of hiking and nature trails. Located in a valley just on the other side of the mountains from Santa Barbara.

This was our second time here, having done a 3 day camping trip 4 or 5 years ago as well. In both cases we had an RV spor along with two of there smaller cabins and rented one of their covered wagons.

Great views nice accomadations with free showers and power in the cabins with nice lighting and bedding setups.

Thos place has two pools and a hot tub.

In the community center they do have WiFi (but it is extremely slow and very unreliable. I never cojld get my phone to updated and sync evetything. So that was frustrating), but there is no ATT reception in the park at all from what I could see, and spotty but some Verizon. Unsure about Sprint or TMobile etc.

They have horseback riding and some other shows - but those are subject to closings and. llimited availability.

We absolutely LOVED it here. We rented a little one bedroom cabin and it was perfect. Every single other thing for our vacation was DISASTROUS, our car broke down, etc. But Rancho Oso made the vacation good. We had a safe clean place to comeback to, comfortable bed to sleep in, spaghetti dinner on Friday night, breakfast in the AM, the staff was amazing and friendly, the country store had items we needed at good prices, the pool was clean, all around SPECTACULAR!!!!
