We want to thank Ian & staff for the wonderful care they gave our mother. Our circumstance was more difficult as they had to bring our mother home from Arizona. They were very caring and professional. The funeral director Ian was exceptional as well as Tony Humphries who traveled to pick up our mother from Boise. I have always used Loveland Funeral Chapel, from replanting. My in laws and now my husband the service is very compassionate.
Kevin and his staff have always maintained a very welcoming environment with everyone being supportive and kind. The amount of time spent with me was based on what I need not on what the clock was showing.
Will always use Loveland and recommend to family and friends.
