I sure wish after 7 months and getting lied to, ignored, and put off someone would take accountability for losing my mothers grave marker. I would like to see her name when I visit not just a piece of blue masking tape. This is the second loved one your company had completely botched every aspect of your responsibility of. No accountability for anything. I'm beyond disgusted.

I could have not asked for a more caring group of people to help with laying my wife to rest. Especially Brinkley and Nancy. They were instrumental in making the experience something Jaye would have approved of. They truly care about the family’s they serve. The service was beautiful and Mike Mohr did a wonderful job.

Staff were not professional when my husband and I had an appointment to go over his previously purchased plan . Kristen didn’t have our paperwork in order and stated she could only find one plot purchased instead of 2. We had proof that we purchased 2. She had to leave the room twice to retrieve more of their paperwork . She kept fumbling through papers . The funeral director and I discussed who were to get some of my husbands ashes and he even told me when they were ready to put the ashes into their memory jewelry to bring the jewelry and he would put the ashes in for them however on the day of burial of my husbands urn we were at the gravesite ceremony and the urn was placed in the ground . I then told the director we would go back up to the funeral home so our daughters could get their ashes when he said he had forgotten to take some out for them . They were heartbroken . He offered to take the urn back up and re open it right then but the girls said no, it was already placed in the ground . A decision they regretted . There has to be protocol in place as to who gets some of the ashes once the ashes are returned to the director following cremation. It was a stressful situation on top of losing our loved one. ONE THING I’m adding is the first Christmas after my husband death Terrace Park sent me a Christmas card - it upset me terribly . When I called them they said they like their families to know they care. Terrible marketing strategy . It’s hard enough to get through holidays much less be reminded by the funeral home . Totally inappropriate !!!!

I am a 68 year old widowed parent, who learned on July 1st my dear 42 yr. old daughter had several large brain tumors (already bleeding ); and died ten days later. This Mother can't express deeply enough my praise and thankfulness to the entire staff at Terrace Park - for ALL of the assistance during the most darkess time of my and my familys' lives. It was obvious the two ladies knew what they were doing however, they did so with understanding, professionalism and compassion. On the day of the funeral, my daughter looked absolutely beautiful.

I would highly recommend! Phil and Bridget were wonderful to work with. When we originally reached out my father was still on life support so we had a little time to make decisions. My mother wanted to look at a few places to make sure we made the right choice as to where to burry my father. To see the difference in funeral and cemetery costs was staggering! Terrace park offered us a great price on the cemetery site and funeral. They allowed us to make the changes we needed to truly customize my dads funeral for what he would have wanted.

The day of the funeral went very well. They had everything prepared for us, helped my dad have the military honors he deserved and gave us a sense of peace that we didn’t have to worry about anything.

The lakeside chapel was just stunning! On the lake with all glass windows, it was a beautiful location for the viewing and funeral.

They were very patient with us and VERY accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone!
