Hummel Funeral Home was a Godsend to me and my family when my uncle passed away right after the holidays. Teresa took charge of verifying his prearranged arrangements, contacting the cemetery, helping us plan a small service there inside out of inclement weather and finding a minister to say a few words for friends and family with consulting regarding his life and interests.
Hummel managed all the plans and everything was done respectfully and with heartfelt care. I would recommend Hummel Funeral Home to anyone in need of services.

If I could give Hummel 10 stars, I would. The compassion and understanding shown to my family with my aunt’s passing was so appreciated by all. From the first discussion many months ago in pre-planning to the calls since the funeral were so comforting. While I hope we will not need their services for awhile, I will not hesitate for a second to call them with any questions or concerns. They are a blessing and I HIGHLY recommend them. The Shay and Brennan families have had a long-standing relationship with the Hummel Family as well as the Hummel Funeral Homes. There are few things more challenging in life than navigating the death of a loved one. The entire staff at Hummel is incredibly professional as well as genuinely caring and compassionate. They take care of every detail and make the process as painless as possible.
