  We chose Smith and Thomas because they were close and well known on the west side of Chicago but I never expected such a wonderful encounter dealing with death and especially the death of my father who was and always will be the love of my life. All of the staff was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate (even at times where family made it difficult). They handled each detail with extreme professionalism. If I’m ever in need of funeral services of a loved one I will be sure to contact them. No death is easy but their service in the most difficult, emotional time of my life has been TOP TIER! Thank you from me and my dad! 🖤

  Telephone etiquette was harsh. No communication or updates when the completion would be so that other arrangements could be made. I highly recommend shop around around and let this be the last resort.

  Omg I love The smith and Thomas family . They did amazing job on my grandma services . Smith and Thomas welcome my family with open arms. The staff then became my cousins I am so grateful for them . Thank you so much family

  My family and I have had many services here. The compassion and empathy that is given in our time of sorrow, is heart felt and professional. Smith & Thomas goes above and beyond in the care of the decease as well as the family. Very patience and understanding
