Helen, the owner, is absolutely amazing and is the sweetest person that always does a great job on my nails. Because of her, the atmosphere of the shop is always so pleasant with her employees that always makes it such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This is definitely my new nail place!

I am so very happy with this business Helen was so nice and does a wonderful job on my eyelashes she did all 4 of us and stayed until 10 pm and took her time I will start coming here for all her service such as nails, lashes, exc..
The prices are very low and her work is amazing. I recommend 100% to everyone I would give more than just 5 stars!!!

Favorite spot for clean and exceptional spa service. Prices are reasonable. I’ve seen Helen for pedicures that are Devine! Massages by Tein are relaxing and affordable. My teenage football player love the massage and pedicures here. I would recommend an appointment with Helen or Myti for nail services because appointments fill up fast

Due to my poor planning, I forgot to schedule a brow wax and facial. At the last minute yesterday I stopped in to check availability. I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Helen said they didn’t open until later and was booked solid but agreed to come in at 8:00 am to take care of me.

Today was amazing! I was pampered like I didn’t expect and Helen took very good care of me. I’m in love with my waxing and facial. I’m going back next month!

Highly recommend this family run, small business if you want to feel like royalty!

I love the girls here, and I've been going to Lotus for the last 5-6 years. If I go anywhere else, it doesn't feel like "home." They have excellent service and great prices. They remember your name and what you like to get, you're not just another customer or another face.

I love love love this place!! I have been coming here for years and the ladies (and Tony) have always been amazing!! It’s always a fun time when I go! And the service is outstanding. My last visit was exactly like the cartoon about going to the nail shop. I have been a regular customer for over 5 years with the same girl since my second visit who does a fabulous job. I find customer service most important in an establishment. Cindy did such a great job the first time that I went back. I will book an appointment with her next time and see how it goes. Kim and her are the sweetest and friendliest there by far.

Horrible experience do NOT go here unless you want to be cut or be bitched at by your nail tech I've been cut here many times when they shave my nails. Today I went with my friend to get her nails done and the guy that did her nails, Tony did a horrible job and she messsed her nails up just cus her hand hit the table and he was very rude telling her she shouldn't have touched anything and just talked to her very rude then the second time she messsed them up again and he literally raised his voice at her telling her it was her fault that she messsed it up. He did fix it but when we left & her nails got messed up again and she was like I'm not going back in there because I don't want to be bitched at. Would give this place zeros stars if it was possible.

Absolutely love this salon. The service is exceptional and the employees are as friendly as they come. I have not only been enjoying this salon but my husband and numerous friends now have become faithful customers. You won't be disappointed.

I got the $45 pedicure (I don't remember the name of the service, hence the price) and a gel polish manicure.

I paid $80 for these services and that is the most expensive combination here apparently. My friend that I was there with got acrylic nails and the deluxe pedicure she paid a little less than me.

My pedicure was great but the end result of my polish job (simple polish) was not up to par. It looks like I painted them myself with my non dominant hand. For $80, I would at least expect to have my polish look like a professional did it.

Helen has great quality of work, my friends manicure and my gel manicure look great.
However, I really wish that while my friend was getting a full set of nails, I could have gotten my gel polish manicure done. I waited for her nails to be done for at least an hour and I was told that while I was getting a pedicure that my manicure would be done as well.

I will tell you, it's not relaxing having to remember to turn on a curing light or have someone constantly going back and forth lifting up your hands to get them manicured. The process for the pedicure was nice and I wish I could have enjoyed it more. My friend felt insulted as three of the ladies working here made a joke about a monkey eating a banana, and she felt as if that was a reference to her appearance (her legs were not shaved). Another pet peeve of mine is when the person giving your services does not speak to you but speaks another language to the other workers instead. Where I come from its professional to speak to your clients (at minimum), and it's also polite to keep the workplace chatter to a dull roar.

We spent almost three hours there, and for at least one of those hours I was waiting my turn for a mani pedi (and the pedicure looks awful). I don't know if I would ever come back here, especially with how my friend felt about the comments made (she's been coming here for years and even had her wedding nails done).

Everyone is amazing and Friendly here. They taking walk-ins and you can call ahead. It is been very very convenient for me. Delana is awesome I like her to do my nails I never leave disappointed with anything that she has done

I went in there on a Monday to get my nails done. I did not have an appointment, but the lady was available to do my nails right away. I chose to get the powder dip nails. On Tuesday morning one nail poped off, & later that afternoon another poped off. I went back Tuesday evening, again w/out an appointment. The lady said it was a 20 minute wait, cause she had an appointment. Understandable. The 20 minute wait turned into an hr & a half just to get two nails fixed. On Thursday morning I had 2 nails pop off, by this point I'm just frustrated & call the place & I told them I just wanted my $40 back. They said they could NOT give me my money back, but I could go in there AGAIN, basically waste my time, & go get the nails fixed. I let her know I will NOT be going in there anymore, because they just keep POPING OFF! & she says "I'm so sorry, but I can't give you your money back", so here I am letting everyone know about my "great experience". 🖕

Could have had my daughter do my nails. Came in for good nail and my nails are crooked and one of my tips are cracked. I've only had them about a week. Poor poor job. And they were the wrong shape

I took my 3 little girls in for mani/pedi's and they did an amazing job and were incredibly patient with my girls (ages 6, 8, and 9). While we were there my 6 year old lost a tooth and Helen gave her $5 and made her night! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Lotus!
