They recently remodeled the bathrooms - they look very nice! RV park is in a nice location with reasonable prices. I spent Christmas day here with family and it was peaceful & quiet.
Nice quiet place with good amenities at a good price. Shady lots, large pool and responsive owners.
Home of stereotypical redneck, white trash which included an old woman pole dancing on an aluminum ladder while wearing cut off Jean shorts after 10:30 pm. Sites are difficult to back into.
They switched to meters which is fine but when we were moving our rv to another spot, they turned off the power and shut off the meter. They have extremely high power rates. Weird behavior at the office. Nice maintenance guys. Some really shady people live there ongoing.
Thought it was a nice place till I found most goods in store are out of date, and the owner/operator has hepititis ,when it comes down to it they care less about customer and more about the dollor,I have known owners for 20yrs ..Lori is the only positive thing going ,but she never is seen in park.Room for lots of improvement,Mike a employee is the most respectful persons I've met, smoking and sleeping on the coach in store by john/owner I think is disrespectful as most travelers have kids or don't want to smeii a stinking ashtray, there are lots of nice parks in the area so be smart and choose wisely.Just my thoughts and public awareness is key..
Camp hosts were very nice. The lady at the front desk was hopped up on some drug that was slowing her down. Seemed to be a lot of long term campers there. Some seemed nice and appeared to take care of their rigs/spots. Most rigs were just plain scary looking. Trash and rubble piled up around them. Like squatters lived in them or something. We didn't feel particularly safe there. But maybe that's our own paranoia. Either way, we wouldn't stay there again. It should have been much cheaper for the condition of the park and the condition of the other residents there.
An old really good friend of mine and his wife own the business. It's a great place! they've really done a lot to it
Good park to park your RV or camper. Clean and has a pool and laundry room. Also had a little store.

Small and quiet but not as nice as some parks with similar prices.
I stayed here for 2 weeks and made use of the Passport America discount. The way this place implements the Passport America discount is odd. You have to book a minimum of 7 days to qualify for the discount. Anyway, I needed to stay 2 weeks anyway, which was the maximum that the PA discount is permitted, so this was not a problem for me.
While this is an older facility, the toilets are kept clean and the outdoor pool is cared for. The bath house showers could use some attention as they look weathered, but that is one of the benefits of having an RV with your own shower.
The staff is kind and honest, but direct. When I did call I was spoken to in a direct fashion which some folks might consider rude. In other words, do not expect to get a cheerful prefabricated greeting like "Thank you, for calling . how may I be of service today?"
The environment during the days I was here have been quiet and peaceful. If you are close to the entrance of the park, like I was, then you might be annoyed by the noise coming from the highway at night. I can't comment on the pet policy because I do not have a pet. I only noticed people walking small dogs which in my opinion is nice as I come across far too many folks that do not know how to properly control a big dog; regardless of whether or not it is on a leash.
My final word on this park is that if you are a road warrior like me then this place is quite ok for a week or two. It provides the basic needs for an RV'er - water, sewer, 50 or 30 amp electric, dump station, and laundry.
One thing that I think is worth noting is that the rate is all-inclusive regardless of the length of stay. So if you wanted to stay a month the rate is comparable to what you would get if you had the PA discount and it would include all utility costs (water + electric).
I love this park and the staff! Jon and his wife and mother all own the park and they sure are good people. Terry runs the office and shes so cool and always gives the kiddies treats and makes a huge and kind impression. The people that own and run it, they are all amazing people! Dont let the grumpy ole man Jon steer you away, hes just mad Im not there anymore. This park has a huge and clean pool. The pool deck is equipped with sun chairs, tables and umbrellas. I spent my days here in and out of the store on site and catching a tan. The bathhouse is always clean. The laundry room is efficient. The grounds are nice to walk around. You can really enjoy the trees and nature or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. There is a cool trail that runs right from the park and goes for miles, for all of you runners and sporty types. I couldnt express how (homey) and warm my experience was here at Lost Lake over a google review. Id go back any day if I were headed that direction.
