  Very high rates roaches in the locker room staff very rude and unfriendly equipment and whirlpool broken on a regular basis

  Very very unsatisfied with this gym , there was always a class going on so I couldn't really use the weights or machines. Also I had to get my credit card replaced with another one when I went out of town and didn't not have it with me and they kept harassing me always calling me about my money. I had a family death and I also told them that , the last thing I wanted to do was deal with them but that didn't stop them from bothering me everyday. I explained I would get back to them as soon as I went back to FL.but they kept calling and calling. They wouldn't let me cancel the membership I wasn't using instead they told me I could "freeze it" so I wouldn't get charged the months I wasn't using it and when I came back and wanted to use it I could unfreeze it. Anyway when I got back I ended up going to unfreeze it and give them my correct credit card info and they told me I had to pay a crazy amount of money I owed for the months my membership was "frozen" when I wasn't told it was going to charge me when it was frozen. I was soo mad I wanted to just cancel it but they charged me a crazy amount of money just to cancel it. I ended up paying them more than $400 of my hard working money. I just gave it away cuz I sure didn't use the gym. So unprofessional . NEVER EVER going back and I will make sure to tell all my friends not to go there.

  I love this place. Everyone is always so positive and kind. I never feel out of place. There are many kinds of women who attend and I just feel comfortable which is so very important to me.
