  I called this place to have cabinet handles installed and they quoted me a decent price of 5 per handle and a 75.00 trip charge. That was the only good part of dealing with this place. The owner was rude and had no smile and personality. She said I had to actually come into their store and pay the full price with a check, which I did. From the time of quoting me a price to the time of delivering the service, this took a month. When the techs finally came, I asked them if they wouldn't mind removing their shoes since we do not want anyone muddying the floors of our brand new house. They asked if they could use booties, which they did not have on them. I said yes. Minutes later I get a call from them telling me that the owner said not to accept the job. I called the owner and she rudely said "we can't have our techs going back to Home Depot" just to get booties, and "we're very busy". And I had to drive back to the store just to get back my check. This company is not professional and I would not recommend them to anybody. They will become part of my s-list. Deal with professionals who genuinely want your business, regardless of how big or small the job is.

  Regarding previous post of poor quality mirrors delivered, after much discussion back and forth with the owner we ended up resolving the issue and received a new mirror that looks great. Lesson learned it probably would have been better to withhold amount of money for actual value of mirror until a satisfactory one was received. In the end the owners did address the issue.
