I ordered sneakers on line. Picked up in store. Went to the Service Desk. The girl gave me the sneakers. I had a pair of pajama pants I wanted to purchase. She would not ring them up at the service desk, she told me to go to the front. Customer Service sucks.

The store is well-stocked. They have loads of beautiful Christmas decorations. The jewelry department is having a wonderful sale. I recommend anyone doing Christmas shopping go to Kohl's first. You do as a rule save more than you pay Merry Christmas everyone

Went there for black friday! My sister's order kept getting voided and we literally waited like 30 - 45 mins because she couldn't get it right then on top of that another lady messed up my order!

After reading all the reviews it's certain to say kohls ( as a company ) pays money for positive reviews. Its not actually the Jensen beach location I have an issue with, rather it's the company as a whole. Its amazing that a company can think that people in general are plain stupid. They should be ashamed of themselves. As an intelligent consumer please DO NOT give this company any more of your hard earned money. Think your getting a deal with Kohls cash and sales?, look real close, the only thing your getting is taken advantage of.

We received VERY GOOD help while in the Shoe Dept from. A very attentive rep, Nick or Nicolas. He made our visit pleasant & worthwhile at Kohls! We were VERY pleased with his assistance! NICK gets a 5, overall the store, a 4!

Kenneth the manager working today was exceptional. He was very busy, but took the time to help me find some curtains. Then he helped me order them from the kiosk also. Very nice gentleman. Thank you Kenneth for the awesome shopping experience. You are outstanding!

This kohls is smallerthan other kohls stores.. Not a crowded store, but sales associates are very helpful.. And store is organized.
