I was very happy with the service in the store, Christine was very understanding and professional. I got prompt attention, help in finding what I needed and was able to complete my purchase very fast. I was very satisfied with the arrangements for delivery. Overall, everything was explained and i understood without any problems. However I'm very dissatisfied with the delivery. On the first scheduled delivery, items was delivered without needed hardware. When I called customer service to find out when this would be corrected, the answer I got was very abrupt. It made me feel like I had no right to have called and asked and i'm still waiting to know when this will be resolved.

After an informative and enjoyable sales experience with Eric; I purchased a living room sofa and ottoman and both my husband and I are pleased.
so much so that I visited again during the Memorial Sale and purchased three Serta Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattresses for the entire family.
