I have been going there for about a year.For a woman dealing with garages ,I've had many come and go! These guys are great. My car is 11 years old , so they do in fact work on older cars. From tire repair to towing Jim and Jim Jr. Have been A++++++++. Always friendly and explain things to me so I understand. Always in a timely manner. I ve never been to a shop when it's taking a long amount of time and these guys let you know why and what is going on . I would recommend them to. Everyone anytime

I am a car buff and have several cars from antiques to classics to now and a truck and motorcycle, been going to Lohrs for quite a while and with the knowledge between Jim sr & Jim jr there's has never been something they couldn't handle in a timely manor and finish the job prompt, professional & polite and never had to question what they did or the work order, I have the utmost respect for them and continue to go there and always recommend them to all I know,

After dealing with the younger guy, I initially thought the place was okay. However, there is another older guy working there that has made me swear off the place forever. Unless your car just rolled out of the dealership, it is unlikely they will understand your car. This guy found excuse after excuse to fail my car for inspection. No battery hold down: because he didn't see the usual over the top battery hold down he claimed there was none. The factory hold down is a plate near the bottom of the tray and is installed correctly. The turn signals are wired incorrectly because the side lights blink. HUH!? I was at a loss for this one. No neutral safety switch: 5-speed manual versions of this car did not come with a neutral safety (there's neither wiring for it nor a place for the switch in the transmission but this clown couldn't be bothered to verify that fact. No EGR: Claimed the car was a turbo I. I told him it was a turbo II which did not have an EGR system because it is intercooled which serves the same purpose. Claimed he couldn't find any information on turbo II even though it was a popular engine for the car for over six years. Gee, maybe he never heard of "Dodge" cars either. There were only 2 legit problems with the car which I would have had fixed there until it became obvious that (1) there was no way this car was going to pass without me installing parts that never existed for these cars and (2) that this guy can't understand a 23 year old car isn't exactly equipped like a new one. I guess Dodges are too exotic for this garage.
