Seems like a standard Napa. Everytime I've gotten parts in there, I go in with a clear description and usually get a part immediately with no issues.
The parking lot is really tight to turn in though. Watch out if you have a long vehicle.response / report this review -

Better prices but poor customer service. Have had to wait over 30 minutes to get help simply because they were looking one of the workers cell phone.

Bought axle lock nuts for my 95 f150 and the the box only came with two nuts and no spacer. You can't do a proper safe job with out that spacer.

Reserved a car battery online and picked it up the next day. Got a 5 year warranty on it too and money back for giving them our old battery.

Gave me the wrong paint color and didn't even tell me it wouldn't be the exact mix. It ruined my car's paint and now I have to redo the whole car again!
