This is my second lease with Hill Cadillac and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dennis and Mark went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me and I appreciate all of their hard work! I LOVE my new XT5!!!

Spoke to three different people in service and got 3 different prices from $350 to $700 to fix the exact same part on my Cadillac. If they cant get the small stuff correct i definitely dont want thwm working on the big items.

The entire service team at Hill Cadillac always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. On the handful of occasions where my car needed to be there for an extended period of time, they were more than happy to assist with a courtesy ride or a loaner vehicle. They clearly address the customer's concerns and are willing to listen and help in any way they can. My current lease is up in March and I won't hesitate to lease my next vehicle through Hill as well.

Had a nail in my tire. The sales manager walked me over and introduced me to the service director who gladly took my keys. In no time my car was returned washed and the tire was patched. Exceptional service and very pleased customer.

Superior service! Consistently meets or exceeds expectations! During a scheduled oil change and inspection their mechanic notice a leaking rear axle seal (covered under warranty). Rather then make me wait the unanticipated time to service the axel, their service rep immediately put me a new 2017 CTS courtesy car and I was on my way. Typical above and beyond service I've come to expect from Hill Cadillac!

I bought a vehicle here in May. I loved the great service and selection. I truly felt like a valued customer. They went out of their way to make me happy.. not typical when you're a female shopping for a car. I highly recommend this dealer.

Great service before, during and most importantly AFTER the sale. I enjoyed a really great straightforward buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership! This is my 5th Cadillac and I will definitely be back here for more.

I always have a positive experience at Hill Cadillac! The staff is very friendly, the waiting area has work spaces allowing me to get things done as I wait, and the maintenance itself is always speedy and efficient. Would not bring my car anywhere else. Thanks for taking great care of my car! I don't often write reviews, but I am very pleased with the professionalism and the exceptional service at this store!

The worst staff and they treat people of color like they are working for them. I bet since this place opened they never had a person of color in management. They think because you talk different that you should be treated different. They also don't care for your business unless you are buying a new car. I wish I could of gave it no stars that's how bad this place is. And I'll never again think of doing business at this place again.

Kelly and the entire service department at Hill Cadillac went above and beyond to make sure my Cadillac was serviced properly and in a timely fashion. Their exceptional service and attention to detail are the reason I always take my car to Hill Cadillac for service, and the reason why my next car will also be another Cadillac.

Fast in & out dropping my car off for routine servuce in the morning with a loaner car. Received call to update me on the service issues. My car was done in a day and the pickup process was smooth. I would recommend Hill Cadillac for sales, leasing & service. If you're in the market for a new car, ask for Craig. I've been dealing with him for about a dozen years; he's a top-notch guy.
