Stayed in the large suite with about 14 people. It was wonderful there was a hot tub, 3 bathrooms pool table, pin pong table for screens in all the rooms it was equipped with, pots pans glasses and other dishes and utensils. There was also a washer and dryer. We all had a great time

My friends and I stayed at the Timber Wolf Suite for a reunion, and we had a great time! Everything was clean, and the cabin was cozy but had plenty of space for 4 couples. The hot tub was fun and right by the fireplace. The rooms were comfy. We plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The lodging was nice. It wasn't perfect, but it was nice. The room temperature was easily controlled. The bathroom had a shower only, no tub. The whirlpool was large, but the jets weren't very strong and they were placed at odd locations. The breakfast was basic, like coffee, juice, cereal and waffles. The room didn't have the best lighting. There were barely any outlets at all. The receptionists were okay, not overly friendly. The animals in the park made odd sounds, but it was fine. The ceiling above us made dripping sounds and creaks. Overall it was a good stay and I'd recommend it.

I've been coming here to the Hummingbird Suite with my daughter since before she was 2yo, and at 6yo it is still her absolute favorite place to stay. She constantly asks me when we can go back to "our cabin":-) It's rustic, cute, and she loves the zoo there. It books up quickly since there are only two free-standing cabins here, so plan in advance if you want one of these ones! Plus, you get to go to the zoo as many times as you want in one day after you pay once, so that's a plus (and the zoo is half price if you're staying at any of their cabins!)

Rooms are not soundproof so you may hear the TV from an adjoining room. Room was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was definitely soft. If you want a firm mattress you will probably be disappointed. Staff was very nice and friendly though not around when we wanted to check out. They open a little later in the morning and we were leaving early. Living Treasures was open but rain dampened our desire to go through while staying the night. Would stay again but would not expect it to be terribly quiet if they are busy.

My friends and I had an outstanding time staying in our cabin suit. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming with a very helpful staff. It was so great being right next to Living Treasures animal park. We are already planning our next visit.

Stayed here while attending a convention at seven springs for a week. The room was a basic room with lots of exposed wood that made it feel like being in a cabin. For the price I couldn't ask for more. It's a good budget option. The breakfast isn't expansive, but once again, as a budget option, it's more than I expected. I plan on staying here again, and at the end of the day that's what matters. I found this to be a really good option for someone trying to save money on a weeklong vacation.

Suite #150. Unpleasant odor (similar to retirement home) Very dated decor. Not a log cabin feel at all, decorated in odd 70s birds and dolls motif. Housekeeping did not meet my expectations, there were chunks of broccoli in the sink upon our arrival. Short black hair all over the floor of the bathroom upon our arrival. Bed felt small for a queen, mattress was way too soft, like a marshmallow. I would expect these issues in rooms priced at half of what this was priced

Worth every penny. Awesome rooms. Wonderful wild animal park on site with gift shop. Prices are incredibly low prices. Will definitely be staying here every time we pass through this way.

I was very impressed by the layout and the customer service. We were upgraded upon check in, which was nice, although unnecessary. The upgraded suite was enormous, with plenty of towels for the entire family for both showing and use of the en suite hot tub. Televisions in every room, with cable. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen and tableware galore. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is that a lot of things in the suite seemed to be wearing out. The water dispenser on the fridge didn't work. Several of the aiming jets in the hot tub had come out. Things like that. It was an overall great experience, and we will stay here again.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight within reasonable distance to Fallingwater. This was one of the only places that didn't require a 2 night minimum. Everything was great. Room was clean and comfy and the animal park on the property was an added bonus.

Disappointing hot tub experience. They wouldn't let us use soap, or shampoo, or oil, or anything other than water in the tub. They didn't tell us that until check in. I wish we had informed of that rule before committing to it. I would have chosen a different hotel had they been up front about their policies. Not a bad place, but I certainly won't be returning.

The only reason I have one star is because the people really don't care to call you back if you lost something. We stayed there for a overnight getaway. It was nice and comfortable, but wondered if the whirlpool tub was cleaned correctly. We turned it on and a glob of hair came out---Yuck!. Then, I have forgotten a pair of pants, called immediately, was promised that I would get a return call and FOUR times no phone call return. Please, housekeeping finds all sorts of things I am sure. Ok, so they were only 40 bucks, but have some decency to give a person a call back. Maybe someone in housekeeping wanted/needed them more than I did.---minus four stars because I didn't receive a call though call four times!
