AWESOME experience buying a slightly pre-owned Triumph Tiger Explorer. Worked with Frank Crimeni, who was nothing but patient, knowledgeable and answered questions on email right away. Got a great price. Honestly, just a great experience with him and the rest of the people at Locomotion.

Had the best experience here. Was looking for a new Street Triple R and called here for help. Spoke with Frank Crimeni who was incredibly helpful. He worked with me to get a fair trade on my motorcycle and got me the exact color I wanted. Also added some modifications that made the bike perfect at no charge! I bypassed a closer Triumph dealer to work with Frank because he was so much more helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

Purchased a Street Triple, my salesperson Frank was helpful and knowledgable, and didn't pressure me into anything. The parts and service people are good too, they're nice and helped me out right away. Good all-around experience, I would definitely come back if I was in the market for another bike.

These guys are true pros they care about the customer drop of a hat ready to help in anyway they can anytime I’ve come in they make you feel like family family owned and operated and you can tell i’d recommend locomotion to anyone and everyone great people great service!

Bought my twin from them a week ago. Every staff member was knowledgeable and approachable. My salesperson, Frank, made buying the bike really easy and I left feeling great about my purchase. Will be a customer with them again.

Just wanted to say Thank You to everyone at Locomotion Powersports that helped with the purchase of my Daytona 675. Special Thanks to Carmine who replied to every e-mail and phone call. He was very friendly, never made me feel pressured, and was extremely accommodating. Huge thanks to the service department who was patient with me in getting my bike modified to my liking. Locomotion Powersports not only had the best price in town they have top notch customer service. I will definitely will be returning in the future and will be recommending them. Keep up the awesome work!

I TOTALLY REGRET ever dealing with this place. The service department is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized people ever. I purchased a Polaris slingshot from them over a year ago ( I had a very nice experience with the sales department). I even purchased an exhaust from them with no problem. In fact I was asked by management to go on Google and leave a positive review because they were having a lot of negative reviews from disgruntle customers. Which I did , I left a very positive review because up to that point I've had only positive experiences.
The problems began when I ordered an aftermarket intake. (It's important to know I'm close to Longisland , & getting to them takes a bit of time, about an hour and 15 minutes each way). I was called and told my intake had arrived and I could come pick it up. Only when I got there , it wasn't.
I drove there for nothing. when asked why I was called and told to pick it up ,I was told because of them moving to a new location they made a mistake.
2months go by & still my part is not In.
I call them and I'm told once again the part is in , come on down.
When I get there it's the wrong color & I'm told my brakes are in too ( I never ordered brakes). I can only assume they confused customers and orders. When I get home , the rubber connections are missing from the intake. I have to contact manufacture for missing parts.
Fast forward-
after driving a few months ,the Machine is riddled with recalls and problems. Specifically in the rear of the vehicle.
I bring it in because of a knocking sound in the rear. I make my appointment and drop it off. Once there I go for a ride with the Service manager so he can hear the noise.
He recognizes the sound and says they will take care of it not to worry everything is under warranty. After 3 weeks I don't hear anything from them, so I call them. They tell me it's ready. I go to pic it up. When there , the service manager and I go for a test ride ( as is protocol ) and sure enough the sound is still there. When I asked him what they did ,he told me flat out .. nothing. So for 3 weeks they did nothing. He claims when their technician drove it , it made no sound. Took them 3 weeks to tell me that.
He tells me to leave it and they will look into it again. 7 weeks have now passed and I get a call to pic it up ,they can no longer keep it there. I'm told the wheel and tire was replaced, but I need a new pulley system. I'm told when the part comes in I will get a call back. I never herd from them again. Iv called multiple times , and either get hung up on , or passed around and put on hold until they eventually disconnect me. Thanks for a $26,000 noise maker,
From June 2016 to February 2017.
I opened a case against locomotion thru Polaris, as it turns out , I wasn't alone.

Nobody will ever beat Pete. This place has been nothing but amazing to us. Had planned on purchasing a new machine and they were giving me the best price possible! However an incredible deal came up on a private unit that even they could not refute. Not only did they help me by looking up the records on it before I bought it. They also helped me transfer ownership after purchase. All of this when I hadn't spent a dime with them! That's true customer service! They really are passionate about what they do. I will not shop anywhere else in the future for my power sports needs. Pete, Anthony, Karolee, and the whole team here are nothing but friendly and enthusiastic and always willing to help. Don't hesitate to bring your business to them!

I came in here to check out their inventory as well as to see the asseccories and apparel. I ended up staying here for 2 hrs engaging with the staff about everything..from Victory Motorcycles to future of motorcycling. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly. No pressure to buy anything but I ended up buying 200 dollars worth of gear. This will be my go to dealer for service and accessories. Cannot praise this place enough, hard to find a dealer that doesn't only care about sales.
