Will never do business with this company once my warranty is up.

After purchasing a used vehicle, the Audi of USR did not provide me a license plate until 5 weeks after purchase, which is beyond the temp plate validity. They refused to provide a loaner vehicle for the lack in service and dodged my phone calls, I was also told just to "hope not to get pulled over" and gave a verbal "we will pay the ticket" but refused to give any documentation saying so. Per the Audi contact, any agreement not provided in writing and signed by appropriate parties will not be held to any value.

Additionally, brought my car in for repair due to a warranty covered failure, the vehicle has now been with them 8 days. No update to vehicle completion was given, just an update on the warranty company. I had to call and almost every time I did, my service manager or mechanic were not available or had already left. Calls were placed anytime from 10am to 5pm. Audi refused to provide a loaner vehicle in the intermittent.

I've honestly never had a worse experience with such a reputable company.

I worked with Cole Tatsuno at Jack Daniels Audi and couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and effort that Cole provided on my behalf. He was able to secure the exact car and specs that I requested, and was very flexible in helping work around my schedule for delivery. Matt in the Finance Department was equally straight forward and helpful. Overall, the experience at Jack Daniels Audi was what you would hope for in a premium level transaction.

Purchased a 2016 RS7 on June 29 and the experience could not have been better. Spiro accompanied my wife and me as I took a spirited test drive with his encouragement. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We worked out a reasonable deal on my trade in and had excellent dealings with Frank the sales manager for used car sales. I did not want to write a positive review based on my first experience since I needed to return back to the dealer for registration and a front license plate holder. Before returning I had some questions by phone and email for Frank and Spiro and I received prompt helpful answers from both. The day I returned for the needed service I was treated like royalty by Frank. The service department worked with me in figuring out best spot for front plate and even added my bumper guard protector I purchased all with no charge. Excellent service. Shortly after I returned home I received a call from Spiro to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend the Jack Daniel's Audi to anyone interested in an exceptional experience.

This dealership was top notch! Rudy went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. I purchased an 08' Honda Accord from Jack Daniels Audi in Upper Saddle River and I have to say it was the best experience thanks to Raymond Rodriguez. He was very helpful and made me feel like a 5 star celeb. He was thorough, efficient and answered all my questions. From the start he was hands on with all my necessary paperwork which allowed a smooth process til the end. I traveled an hour to buy this car and he made sure I had all my documents secured before my purchase. Thank you SOOOO MUCH RAYMONDYOU ROCK🤘I recommend him for your next purchase any day!!!

While the staff is super friendly and did try at first to go above and beyond, I will never return my car for service there. Besides the fact that they did not find any faults and flat out lied that phone is not compatible (i checked the website, it is compatible) with the bluetooth (each time i put it on charger, the phone disconnects) meanwhile marking that after road testing the car none of the faults were found again (all still there) they almost ruined my licenase plate numbers. I have two plates: one was a present with my name on it and European plates, while the other is the state one. My name plate was half unscrewed and hanging down, whole the state plate was bent! This is a new car and on lease with Audi! Have some respect. They had the audacity to tell me how cool my plates are the day before and then almost ruin both! Two stars for giving us a loaner, which we did not request in advance (old leasing company just gave it to us without advance request)

I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from this dealer roughly 3 months ago and have been very happy since. I purchased the car from Cole who was a pleasure to deal with as he wasn't your typical pushy salesman and was as straightforward as you can get. He told me I'm his customer as long as I own the car and it shows as he still checks in to make sure I'm getting the best experience out of the car and his assistance with anything is a phone call or email away which is great to have and gives you peace of mind. Also, the service department was fantastic the lone time I've dropped my car off since purchase. So i highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a car.

Great dealership. Do not be afraid from some of the Google reviews here. Do some research before you buy a car, new or used. It seems most of the negative reviews are of the service of their cars or known maintenance issues that should have been taken up with Audi of America.

That being said, I drove all the way from Pittsburgh, PA to this dealership to purchase my car. My local dealerships basically refused to help me in any way to find the car I wanted, forcing me to look elsewhere. The salesperson I dealt with, Spiro, was very quick and professional with the communication that we had all week before I took the 6 hour drive. The finance department was great and thoroughly went over the Audi CPO warranty of my car as well as all the finance paperwork. I was very happy with the service and would most certainly take the drive back out to the dealership to purchase another car from them in the future.
