  We called Local Service Pro Plumbing for an emergency plumbing issue we had in our home on a Sunday night so they were the only company that had any availability that night. They dispatched a tech who said he could be there by 9:30 that night. After MULTIPLE calls pushing the ETA back three of four times we were told “ he’s 10 minutes away” or “ he’s right around the corner, 15 minutes.” Finally the tech showed up at almost 11pm (after giving us an ETA of 10:30) He took one look at the issue and gave us an estimate then left.
  
  We then scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday from 11-1 and at 1:15 there was still no one at our property. I work out of town and my wife works from home so it’s very important to us to have a reliable, on time service. At 1:20 I reached out to the office and was told the same thing as Sunday night. 15 minutes way, 10 minutes away and so on and so forth. Finally at 4:30, a full three and a half hours after our scheduled appointment we were forced to cancel the job for the day. I then requested a different technician since Jesus had proven himself unreliable and we didn’t feel comfortable having him work in our home.
  
  The following day, right before our appointment, we were told that all of a sudden Jesus was the only technician available. Seeing as we hadn’t had hot water in 4 days I felt we had no choice but to continue with Jesus despite the disappointments of the earlier days. My question is why wasn’t the office on top of their schedule? How did they not know who was available that day? All around unprofessionalism on all fronts.
  
  Jesus finally arrived (again 10-15 minutes passed the end of our appointment time) when I was not home. He took one look at my wife and smiled and asked “Are you mad at me” and then laughed when my wife said we just need to get this job done and we’ve been waiting. What else are we going to say? This man is about to be in my house with my wife there alone.
  
  Overall I’ve just been stunned by the lack of professionalism exhibited by this business and their employees.

  This is by far the worst company we've ever hired to come work on our home. We had an emergency plumbing situation and were bound by the fact that this company was the only one we could find to come out. We called and spoke with someone at 6:30 and were told that Jesus would be at our house by 9:30. At 9:30 he told us he wouldn't be here til 10. At 10 he said he was 15 minutes away. At 10:30 he said he would be here at 11. Finally, after 11 he showed up and claimed there was a traffic accident. He took a look at our plumbing and just gave us an estimate.
  
  Afterward, we set up an appointment for the following Tuesday to fix everything. I work from home and my husband works out of town so we trusted that Jesus would be by the estimated window of 11am-1pm. From 1-4 we began to receive the exact text we had received the first night. "I'm 15 away." "I'm 10 away" with a new excuse "oh my car battery died." by 4:30 we were forced to cancel the appointment and requested that for the next day we would need a new technician since we no longer felt comfortable having Jesus come to our home.
  
  The following day arrive and 2 hours before our window we were told by management that Jesus was the only technician available despite the promises that they made. Did they not know that no one else was available on our previous call just 16 hours prior? They didn't have a schedule in front of them when they guaranteed us a new technician?
  
  We did not feel comfortable with this tech but felt like we were in between a rock and hard place since we hadnt had hot water in 4 days.
  
  Jesus arrived while my husband wasnt home. He was smirking as he arrived and got out of his car he asked me "what are you mad at me?" and proceeded to laugh when I said we just need to get this job done and we have waited a long time. I felt immediately uncomfortable, something that I had wanted to avoid.
  
  Overall, just a terrible experience we were forced into due to the unfortunate circumstances. Do not go with this company unless you want to have multiple missed appointments and creepy people at your house.

  I don't ever leave reviews but this has been stewing for a few weeks. I had this company come out to look and hopefully unclog my bathtub drain. They couldn't figure out the issue and proceeded to give me an estimate for re-piping the house for over $6k and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the re-piping? Meanwhile for some reason dropping profanities in my house in front of my kids. Left my house in disarray. Bathroom was a mess. Dirt, dust everywhere. Left the craw space wide open after he left. Called the phone number and said someone would get back to me and never did. The person on the phone, in my amazement, said it's really not there responsibility to clean after themselves. $150 for what? To come out and give me an estimate to re-pipe my house.
  
  One week later, called another company. Walked in with booties, did the work and fixed the issue in 15 minutes for $90. Cleaned up the mess that he made and left. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Reading some other reviews, it sounds a little like mine.
