I called two weeks ago to schedule for a quote to move plumbing. The rep told me that someone will follow up with me. Haven’t heard back, I called a week later and the rep again said someone will follow up. I asked the rep if he knew when that will be, he replied that he will let them know, that’s all. The rep did not offer to speed up the process. He wasn’t professional by any means. It’s has been two days since my last call. Very unreliable, and bad customer service.

Isaiah arrived on-time and provided excellent service. He was honest about our current situation (and potential for future needs based on tree root issue) but positive and proactive. Toilet issue fixed at a price that was a little lower than what I was prepared to pay. Isaiah was very positive and professional; he worked quickly and efficiently and clearly explained why he did what he did through each step.

Got the job done at an affordable price. I like the updated texts I receive for when they are on their way and when the jobs completed. My tenants have been very happy with the "in and out" service and I like the fact of knowing it's completed.

Walked out to my garage to find a pool of water under the water heater. Decided to go with Johnson's plumbing after a few reviews. I got a service call scheduled for 3pm. They arrived around 1:30pm and finished the install, removal and cleanup by 3:30pm! Awesome work, they were knowledgeable and explained every process during the job. Would definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.
