I am a Lee's maintenance customer. Last Friday, Joe discovered a fluid leak in my 21 year old HVAC system. Knowing that I was past due for a replacement, I asked for an estimate and he was able to arrange it that same day. Rafael was professional, well informed and presented the options without pressure. After working hard Monday and Tuesday, Jose and Jesus had installed my new system and taught me how to use it. The customer service and competency was excellent from start to finish. These guys were the best. Jesse and his bro went above and beyond in installing a fitting for my outdoor gas line. They provided me all the materials I wanted to attach a hose to my gas line. Went above and beyond by helping me set up my outdoor wok by hooking it up and valves and hoses to it. These guys were awesome and a pleasure to be around.

Our 30 year old AC unit died this week. It was not great timing since I was leaving for a Young Men's Camp and Lisa was having elective surgery. Yesterday in a blistering 108 degree heat, Lee's Air spent almost 11 hours installing our new system. Thank you Armando and John for your hard work and professionalism. Last night we were able to have a wonderful night's rest. I would like to thank Lee's Air again, and I hear the owner is pretty cool too!

Alfredo was excellent. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. This has been our standard encounters with Lee's. They always provide the best service and customer support. They have been our go too company for over 30 years. Could not be happier. Brian and Phil Lee actually installed our system ages ago. Their professionalism has been passed down to the current owners and we look forward to decades of continued outstanding service.
