  Very happy with my experience with Rooter Hero. They respond very quickly, keep you updated with the status of your plumber's arrival, due excellent work, and respond any time of the day or night. I have used them four times at different properties the last few years. Well run company.

  We are very pleased with the service and experience working with this company. We received assistance late at night within a reasonable timeframe after we reached out. Plumbing issues continued to present themselves like a snowball, but Mike C. continued to push forward and help us out in a steady way. Him and his manager were very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and never pushy. We had peace of mind throughout the process and would trust working with them again.

  David went above and beyond during our plumbing repair. Our drains suddenly backed up and the toilet and baths overflowed. With my mom being elderly and disabled, this was an emergency. David and his team made our crisis the priority. David diagnosed the problem with the sewer line and got the repairs underway. His crew were on site early and worked tirelessly to remove huge tree roots and replace the damaged pipe. David was calm, pleasant and personable. He was prompt to respond to our needs and questions and addressed each detail of the project, which gave us peace of mind. They accommodated us in so many ways that made the ordeal less stressful on my mom and myself, as we had enough to manage without a plumbing crisis! It’s rare to meet someone so committed to their craft, so he deserves recognition for his exceptional care of his customers. Thank you again for a job well done!

  Dave was our technician. He had excellent follow up care after we scheduled our appointment. Dave was professional and polite. He cleared our drain in a timely manner. Very happy with this company and our technician Dave! I would highly recommend for any of your drain clearing needs. :)
