Newer building is kept extemely clean. Staff is helpful and professional. Features a hot tub and pool, my personal favorite amenity.

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Parkersburg WV was a great experience. The hotel just opened in late 2016 so the decor is updated and the property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The main thing that will take us back to this location is the staff - they are by far the best overall team we have come across through our years of travel. Everyone we encountered was so nice - from the manager and desk staff to the people who worked the breakfast area to the people cleaned our rooms, we could not have been more impressed. We can't imagine a better place for anyone to stay in Parkersburg.

The room was quiet, clean, and super comfortable. The staff was efficient and caring in everything they did and checked with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely going back and will be telling my friends!

I booked a block of 12 rooms for my family reunion on June 23-25, and the hotel staff went way above what a normal staff does! The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. If you are in the area, you definitely need to stay at this hotel!!

We had a grad party of 8 people at the hotel (4 people to two rooms). The rooms were clean, and prefect. The fitness center was also clean, and kept cool. However, the pool had too much chlorine, and there was poor ventilation. 3 of the 8 people in our group threw up in the pool, due to the chemicals. Everyone else left the pool due to burning watering eyes, and nonstop coughing. It was so bad that many other guests had to leave the pool as well. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they wouldn't close the pool, even though it was a health risk. Breakfast was okay, but they were out of biscuits and gravy.

Had a quick one night stay in route from NC to OH. Felt very safe, it was very clean, every one was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very adequate. Two 18 yr olds were full and said it was good! If I find myself rolling thru again, this is definitely where I will stay!

Hotel is less than 1 year old. Great location near the expressway. Close enough to town if you need a restaurant. Papa John's will deliver pizza.

From the staff to the room I felt I was staying at the Ritz. We were returning to Michigan from Charlotte bringing a new car home and by the time we got the Parkersburg this was fabulous. Checked with with staff, got to my room and just collaped. What a great room. Fresh with trendy colors, the bed was heaven and the hallway, elevator and finding my room was 5 STARS! Thanks you, you're FANTASTIC ladies that do a great job running you Inn.

Cant say enough about how modern and nice this hotel is. We travel a lot and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were casually talking with the breakfast attendant and told her our son had food poisoning and she was very compassionate and as soon as we got back to our room, she came and delivered 5 courtesy bottles of water to our room for him and the front desk agent was extremely nice and helpful! The breakfast area is very clean and food is good. The pool is very nice and the hot tub was HOT! Felt great, will stay here everytime we are in Parkersburg.
