I came in to pick up my repair for my engagement ring and was made to wait 30-45 minutes. There were only two workers and while one of them was helping another customer, the manager was chit-chatting with a relative. I will never do business here again. The manager is unfriendly and unprofessional, where's the good customer service?

This place looks great on the outside but.. I wouldn't suggest it. My boyfriend purchased a beautiful tennis bracelet for me for Christmas. It was huge so we went to get it sized when they called to say it was ready we went in and the girl looked frantic, turns out it was missing TWO diamonds. Then three months later the clasp just up and broke we bring it to get it fixed all diamonds in tact and when we get it home turns out yet ANOTHER diamond was missing. I find it very odd that only under their supervision that I'm missing diamonds when I wear it all the time and never take it off. Especially for the pretty penny that he spent.

I've been going to Littman's for 20yrs. I've been shopping at this location since it opened. I also have pieces from Northeastern, and Hannoush. But for value and selection Littman's is Great. You also have Friends and Family sales, Diamond shows as well as 0% financing. Lastly if you have a problem speak to Deborah the manager, she will fix it.

Garbage! I bought a ring from this place and after nearly 10 yrs I decide to sell it for some extra $$. Much to my surprise an angry clerk telling me to leave with the insinuation that I am a con artist. Never Again.

This place is nice if you just want to buy a little present or some very non fine jewelry.
BUT, these people are NOT jewelers. they don't know their business (they can't even recognize a real diamond from a fake they had to ask if my ring was a real diamond!)
I brought them a ring because the stones were loose. they called me to say it was fixed. I got it back, the stones were still wiggling, so I told them to fix it again 3rd time and the stones are still wiggling.
Worse thing is, you tell them, like show them, look the stones wiggle, and they tell you "no they don't, we did it twice already" (while you actually watch them wiggle).
They are crazy unprofessional, and their jeweler is worth nothing.
If you need actual work done, go somewhere else

the worst mistake in my life when I purchased a ring for my fiancé last year. her ring has been return three times for poorly crafted and I just found out from a specialist that the diamonds are not what the paper work say they are. loose diamonds were lose last year and still lose after three times back to repair. we were told by there sales woman that there is nothing they can do. after spending over 4,000 were on our own. went to get it appraised by a specialist they say its valued at 1,300 so if you think your going to get what you pay think again. they sold me garbage and they wont take it back. im starting a boycott page on LITTMAN JEWELERS to worn others before they get robbed just like me. I have my papers and the damage ring that they said they repaired twice and still loose diamonds they no one will even clean because the condition the ring is in. that's sad and they ruined my engagement im so embarrassed I will never forget this. be ware
