Everyone was super nice and helpful! They even let me used an expired discount (shh!). The selection is a bit small, but they are willing to order books online. Over all, a great local bookstore to support!

I've been in the Stuyvesant plaza location several times and each time it amazes me how rude some of the staff can be. How do you stay in business? I'm done back to B&N.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. I left without buying anything because of the rude associate working on the children's side, and I will not be shopping there again.

The Book House offers a wide range of intelligent selections. The staff are highly knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have it, they will find it!

A nice "new" bookstore. Cool welcoming space. Good selection of interesting titles. Prices are on the higher end.
