I had a trip to The Masters and needed a quick fix to our dog. Found this kennel on Google and was a little skeptical at first after reading the one comment, but after meeting the couple and another client while I was there, We decided to leave her. I was very pleased with the accommodations. Our Bella was taken very good care of for 4 days. I like also that this location is closer and more accessible to get too. Prices were normal with any kennels we've used before too. 👍👍
Very nice couple very friendly and professional when it came to our Bella!
I have been using Denegar Kennels since they opened their doors and must say they have been more than amazing!! Always friendly and accommodating, wether it be pick up or delivery. Our pets have always been well taken care of including our older dog that needs medication. I would recommend this kennel to anyone looking for a safe, reliable place to leave your little furry loved ones!!!
Thank you Mrs. Paula!!

After reading the reviews for this kennel, I was in high hopes and assurance that this place would be great to board my dogs while I was out of town. The reason why I am writing a review is because I don't want others to be fooled like I was. My experience with this kennel was traumatic for both me and my pups. Walking into a sour-dog smelling, confined space was the start of it. While touring, there was urine on the ground and no bowls for the dog food to be placed in, instead the dog food was scattered on the ground in the separate dog kennels. The frustrating thing about the food was that I gave specific direction on how to feed my pups (which she asked for), yet it is very obvious that the directions were not followed due to the weight gain in one and weight loss in the other, which drives me to believe the food was also scattered for them to share, when the owner specifically confirmed that she would follow what my pups are used to, as well as use actual bowls. While touring, the outside space was very tight and small for two dogs such as my own. The most disturbing part of this experience is when after just a few days, my dogs smelled completely like urine and their beds did not. Which leads me to also believe that the beds were removed while we were gone, having them sleep on the hard ground. It is very disappointing to write a review like this, but after experiencing this and feeling horrible for my beloved pups, I would not want anyone else to be fooled into this and feeling the guilt that I am feeling for trusting this kennel to take care of my dogs. The owner was very friendly, which deceived me from the truth of how this kennel is running. It was apparent that the hygiene and specific care for the dogs was not a priority. On exit, our things were in all different areas and we were not able to go back and see the actual kennel that our pups stayed in. While others had a very different experience, I hope you take this into consideration before trusting others to love and care for your pups.

I'm a huge fan of Denegar Kennels!! She is extremely accommodating; as long as I call her ahead of time she always meets me for drop off or pick up! You can tell she cares deeply for animals, follows feeding and medicine instructions meticulously, and is just all around a joy to be around. Highly recommend Denegar for your pup, especially if you travel frequently!
These people basically stole my money. They overcharge via a self-defined "per night" policy that is not stated on its website, not stated on the 7 pages of paperwork you have to fill out before you take your dogs in the first time, and the staff does not tell you. The web site says they charge a certain price "A NIGHT," and any reasonable person would believe that "A NIGHT" means an overnight stay But I dropped off two small dogs ($12 A NIGHT per dog, as stated on the website) at 8:30 a.m. on a Friday and picked them up at 5:55 p.m. the following Tuesday and got charged for 5 nights even though the dogs stayed only 4 nights—Paula, the "lady" who runs the place, said I got charged a fifth night since I didn't pick up the dogs by 8:30 am Tuesday morning. They ripped me off to the tune of 24 bucks. It's not a lot, but still—they basically stole my money. The only reason I give this place 1 star is that it won't allow me to give 0 stars.
