  I brought my vehicle in to have some work done on my bumper and the collision center had my rental out front and waiting for me. My service was quick and painless. When my car was ready the manager personally walked me outside to look at the finished work and make sure i was happy with everything before I paid. Everyone was very friendly and i will be returning if i ever need work done in the future!

  I had the best experience here! I was in an accident with my brand new car, front end was destroyed. These guys got my car in and out and it's as good as brand new!

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have been here 3 times now. Guess how many repairs were done right the first time?? None. First time there was after I hit deer. They told me my vehicle was done, they tried to give me my car back without the front bumper being clipped to the car on one side, and without repairing a headlight. Second visit, had a defective gasket on the molding on my trunk lid which caused some rust. Again, they told me my car was done and looked beautiful. Drive all the way there to pick it up only to see the new gasket hanging out from the molding. Third time, I needed a new rear bumper cover. I wasn't expecting much when my insurance company told me Lia collision was handing the repair and they definitely met, and exceeded any level of disappointment I was expecting. The bumper cover is a different shade of white then the rest of my car and it isn't even aligned properly on one side. Three separate repairs and they couldn't do any of them properly.

  Absolutely horrible.they said it would like 2 weeks to fix my car. it took almost 6 weeks. they keep telling me it would be done it a few days and never was they also forgot to put back the windshield fluid and fluid for the air conditioning.. had to find out thesee problems myself

  I went into Lia Collision to get a quote on a paint job for my car, the receptionist (DANIELLE) was very rude and obnoxious.

  After a rear-end accident they fix my vehicle's bumper but did not even bother to check the transmission or driver-train to see if they were affected. This was requested prior to any fixtures. Oh yeah..they said they did but it was not noted on the invoice. I am suppose to just take their word for it. And after picking get up my vehicle the very next day I felt my car vibrating and shimmering from the rear and just want to know my vehicle is safe again. Who fix a car for rear-end damage and don't check those things?
  Unprofessional, deceptive, and lack care for customer's safety!

  Bad attitude. Bad communication. Bad work. Just bad. Over spray on the mirror and window. Tried to deny there was a problem without even looking at the problem area first.

  I was told that it would take 7 days for a repair and they've had it for 2 weeks. Everytime i call they tell me it should be ready the next day and its not. I'm still waiting for my car. I would not recommend this place, based on communication alone. I don't know how the work is because i still haven't received my car back.

  I came here for rust repairs. I was told it would take 2 days. They had my car for a week and a half. I called every day after the 2 days were up to find out when it would be ready, and I was constantly told it would be ready the next day and never given a real estimate of time. Very frustrating.
