Came here last Sunday an hour before closing, it took a little for someone to come take my order but it wasn’t much of a wait. I️ ended up getting a burger with the gravy toots. I️ ordered the burger medium and got a medium well but this always varies depending on who’s cooking , the gravy on the tots was enough for about half of them next time I️ know to ask for more. And the lemonade was more water than lemonade (I️ think the machine was broken). Other than the temperature on the burger it was great. Deff willing to give this place another shot, hopefully next time it doesn’t disappoint.

Service was good just could not get the burger I wanted. I ordered a shroomen cow with 3 patties medium rare and grilled onions. Of course that to big to eat all at once so I cut it in half and found 1 patty medium rare 1 patty well done and one patty medium well ok not a big deal send it back and get another one. Second one all 3 patties were medium well to well done. I stuck with the second one and the waiter (Michelle I think her name was) did comp me and my girlfriends meal and was really apologetic and understanding so like I said the service was good but I can't really give a good rating when I could not get the burger I wanted. Hope this helps.

Went here for a birthday and was incredibly disappointed. I've never heard anything but good things about this place until I tried it for myself. It was a Monday night and not very busy but the service was terrible. Our waitress took our drink orders and our food orders and then disappeared. Our food came out and all the burgers were cooked wrong. When she dropped off our food she stated she would be right back with new drinks for all of us because they were empty but she never returned. The bartender noticed us looking around for her and came and got us drinks and later our check. I noticed he had to do this with some of the other tables as well. He was very friendly and apologized for the wait and he was the only thing that saved the night from being a total disaster.

Love the food, place is great. Hostess was great, we were seated at a reasonable time. Service was terriblenot attentive, she looked like she was unhappy, like we were a burden to even ask for anything. Had other service before that was great, but this server was basically rushing us because her shift was almost over. It was aboit 630pm. If we ever go again, I will request another server if she is assigned to us.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated, and the two servers looked like they were ready to kill them selves (miserable facial expressions), even though it wasn't even that busy.

The fries were gross, there was more fried grease on the fries than there was potato and it gave me a stomach ache. And you would think some ketchup would solve the problem but it tasted a little off.

The burgers were pretty dry. Way over cooked.

And the paintings are so UGLY, they'll make you lose your appetite. Or at least they made me loose my appetite.

And I don't know how you can mess up soda, but it was flat!

    The building is nice though.

Sorry for the bad review, but it is what it is. I won't be eating there again.

My experience got off to a great start with the Garlic, Parmesan Fries. They tasted like garlic bread on French fries so that's always a good thing. I ordered the Mac and Cheese Burger and it was very unique! The burger was cooked perfectly and the mac and cheese was good as well! Great menu and awesome food!

It's a good place to go for burgers that are crafted and not cooked. A bit pricey but worth it. New location is awesome and larger to support more people. That's important during university time. Good job. Keep the place clean and I will give 5 stars.

I can't say the burger I had was very memorable. I ordered a black bean burger, which was pretty bland, and the bun and other toppings were pretty bland as well. I wouldn't say it was worth $10. I would give it 3 stars, but the service I received was very good, the menu had a lot of interesting options, and I want to give the benefit of the doubt that I simply didn't order the best thing

The staff was nice but the burger I ordered ( Blue Sude Cow?) was dry and the buns had no sauce whatsoever so, by the time they switched my burger my family had finished eating I had eaten half of my mothers burger she was hungry than I was full from waiting so long! Just not a pleasant visit. And they still charged my burger we did not ask for a discount but would be nice not to charge ..The burger that they screwed up on! Will not be going back to this place very pricey I would not care if it is expensive but if I enjoy the burger! And these burgers are not worth $10 plus! I don't know what the hype is all about?

Burgers greatfries were a bit simple. service was decent, but good with refills and getting us our food swiftly. I would go back and perhaps try another burger. I think the ambiance is a bit rough around the edges but it works.

I'm not usually a hamburger person but this place is a hamburger joint. It was an amazing hamburger, the gift that kept on giving in fact. I ate so much I could barely walk when I left there. I had the shrooming cow. Delisicious ave the some. My boyfriend had the Texas Belt buster. And that's what mine was too. Glad it wasn't worrying about. The food was fantastic not one of us at our table of 6 how to issue. The kids love their corn dogs and french fries. My only feedback would be serviced. We were there for a very long long time. Also I wouldn't ever recommend the margarita. The waitress thought to put orange juice in it because it added something something. I have to be honest it didn't add anything it took away. Keep my margarita simple. This is a HAMBURGER place, not a hangout for drinks.

Food was really good. Just make sure you have a good amount of time to eat. We went in with 45 minutes before we had to leave from when we were seated. That was not enough time. We got our food 40 minutes later and had 5 minutes to eat . Although we told them that we needed to change it so our food was in to go boxes and pay before our food was out and they were really helpful. The food was really yummy!
