So my daughter had pictures done 2 weeks ago and they are completely horrible. She wears glasses so who ever took the picture did not THINK to check if the pictures let off a glare IT LOOKS LIKE SHE HAS ONE EYE !!!!!!!! . Very upset never in her life has she ever had a bad picture . No choices to choose from ! One very close head shot that I will like a refund for !!

They took photos after lunch if my kids and they did not even bother to fix up either child. They did not tuck in my son’s Shirt or his tie either…. Just lazy and absolutely horrible.

Had spring picture day today. They did not take my sons pictures. Pretty angry seeing how it costs to get haircuts and clothes for the day on top of the basic $50 package. Why aren't the photographers looking at the list to see who paid for pictures? This session wasn't the only issue I have with Lifetouch initial school pictures were terrible. Photographer didn't capture a smile, but a look of disgust and figured that was good enough. No cares for a quality picture. Then retake day comes and my son isn't allowed to retake because his teacher was under the impression it was for kids who didn't get their pictures initially. So I paid for terrible pictures, only to pay for spring pictures and no photo. Lifetouch just lost a customer for life. I was told to go to JCPenney and have them done, by Lifetouch awesome.

So it seems that as of this year, they make you purchase and pay for your photo package BEFORE the photos are actually taken. Speaks volumes about how much trust they have in their own photographers. Pictures come out bad? Oh well, they already have your money.

Would rate 0 but you have to put a star. My son graduated June 9. Today, July 18 is when one TINY proof came in the form of an order form. For over a month I have been going back and forth with them in emails because my code to see the picture online, NEVER WORKED! They sent multiple codes, none worked. Then they asked me the same questions over and over again to "get more info about my son" they have yet to identify him even through name online. So naturally when it came in the mail I thought, "great, no more drama" WRONG the picture was horrid (see attached) you cant even see his face clearly. My sister and I did better pictures with our cell phones. Please don't waste your money!
