I had an awful experience with lifetime health care home care. Very unprofessional. I was referred to them by my moms wound Doctor, They never called me. I called them to see what was going on an the girl Cindy who answer said someone will call me but she has no idea when. I asked to speak to a manger to find out what was going on as my mom needed a nurse to come out on Saturday for wound care. The supervisor Kim was very unprofessional she said someone would call me Saturday before they came. I told her I need to talk to the nurse so I could discuss a time that would work for my mother. She told me there is nothing I can di. She said that April will call me Saturday.. Saturday morning a woman named Diane called me and said she was 15 minutes from my house. I told her I was told that April would be the nurse. Diane said she did not know who April is. I agreed to have her come in the afternoon. She came and told a lot of info on my mother. She did not bring any thing with her to clean and change the dressing on the wound.She said that the nurse who will be coming on Monday will bring the supplies. Monday came no nurse. I called and spoke to some who was supposed to be a supervisor. She said she would get to the bottom of things. I did not hear back from anyone. I called my moms doctor to see if they could find out what was going on. Then at 4:15 I got a voicemail from Kim stating that she never opened my mother case and that they would prefer that I go somewhere else for services. Very unprofessional. They left my mom with out a nurse to help her with out notice. She didn't have enough time to even go have the doctor take care of the wound.Kim is very spiteful. She didn't like that I wanted someone to be accountable for contacting me and setting up a schedule. I would never recommend anyone to this agency after my experience with them.
