Unbelievable experience
Came to ER and waited about 1 minute before being taken to a room. Staff was very attentive and did vitals immediately, then doctor saw us within 30 min.response / report this review -

Been here for nearly 4 hours. Still have NOT been seen by a doctor. I have never been to such an inefficient ER but I will make it known to everyone about this HORRIBLE experience

The staff was amazing! The doctors were really nice and kind. I totally recommend going to this hospital for anything else! The food was nasty but the service was excellent!

We had our son here 20 years ago and he's still kicking! It's a nice little hospital with discounts on the cafeteria. It is connected to the University of Rochester so there is major medical and surgical support.

Well my fiancé found out the other day that vasovagal syncope is a thing. This landed her in the ER because we thought she was having heart issues, better safe than dead right? The doctors and nurses were very nice and fun. They made being in a dreadful place not so bad. It would have been nice if there was a little more privacy instead of just having a curtain between us and the rest of the ER.
