Place is very clean and staff is amazing I spoke with the manager Erin and she was great with explaining everything and really nice. I have never seen a storage place so clean and helpful.

The customer service rep Erin is the most genuinely nice customer service rep I’ve ever worked. She was very efficient and helpful in picking what was the best option for me. Definitely recommend!!

RUN don't walk away from this place. Renting 3 storage units from this place for our military move and from the beginning it has been nothing but a hassle. On several occasions I have witnesses one of the front desk staff working on their own car in the parking lot. (it makes sense now because you can never get anyone on the phone - it always goes to voicemail and forget calling the corporate number because they cannot access your account or help in any way. The owner of this place has incompetent people working there who try to up-sell and get your to buy spaces based on "free months" but its all a trick and they get you with the billing. This has been such an awful experience and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Place is nice for the most part. Only thing I was not happy about. But can't prove is the price going up and down. So now I need to keep track of my receipts wich I should have been from the beginning.

Stored my husband's Camaro here for almost a year, they are super friendly and prices can't be beat! Security around their facility and storage units are great, the whole place is lit up at night and cameras everywhere. Felt very safe and secure leaving the car here. Our unit was very clean and had no issues with rodents or bugs. Their automatic withdrawal option was great and the ability to pay online was perfect for our situation while living over seas. We absolutely love uncle bobs storage; now life storage! Would highly recommend!!

They make you smile here Life Storage in Concord, NH. Easy to work with making the move fun!! Erin was extremely helpful showing the sizes & types of units. Richard & Erin are a great team! They were upfront on the discounts and prices. So easy to decide.

The staff was very nice and made us laugh the whole time the papers were being filed, absolutely one of the best storage facilitys in the area, i would recommend this place to anybody thats looking for a friendly, secure, and clean storage environment.
