I did not and would never stay at this place. Last year my roommate who was traveling with me his mother passed away a day before we were to arrive. Obviously we had to cancel and I even emailed a copy of the obituary and they refused to refund any money. Pretty poor customer service!!

Pros: Reasonably priced. Within walking distance of downtown Lake George
Cons: It could really use some updating (there was no light on the nightstand or desk, and no place to plug one in if there were the only plug was on the wall beside one of the beds, none by the desk)
Other: Because of all the tree debris (pine needles, crushed acorns, etc.) outside our room, it was impossible to keep from tracking it onto the room's carpet. Perhaps a door mat outside the room would be an inexpensive fix for this problem?response / report this review -

Decent motel in terms of cleanliness and function. They advertise Wi-Fi, but don't expect it to actually work. It was so slow and unstable as to be pretty much unusable. The maids weren't very proactive in making up rooms and had to ask me whether I needed anything done. Besides that, the rooms all have AC and the beds are comfortable enough.

Good value. Clean room and a short walk to the lake and restaurants. I didn't try the pool, but it looked inviting. I'd stay again.

It's a great location for a fair price. It's safe but the rooms need some updating. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a short walk from downtown. Over all we would stay again. Just don't expect to park bigger vehicles.

Stayed one night last weekend with my girl and had no issues. Close enough to the village and the room and bathroom were very clean. Although the walls are fairly thin, you can't beat the rate and the woman (never got her name) said there's a private beach down the short side road but we never made it down. Would've liked a room on the the other side near the pool for a better view, but..

Great hotel the owners rob and nerisha are great people the staff is wonderful the rooms are very clean and affordable. The hotel is located near the lake which allows for good sun bathing and to just enjoy the view. I have to go back next year.

Rooms were small but perfect for a weekend trip. Who spends all their time in a motel room while on vacation anyway? Staff was very friendly and it was a nice walk into the village. Lost a pair of glasses in our room, but other than that it was perfect!

Overnight stay to visit 6 Flags. Motel was economical but clean and quiet. Rooms have been remodeled and have fridge, microwave and flat screen TV.
