The folks working here are very nice and helpful. We've been shopping here for years and love it. Whatever you buy you'll know it's high quality. The selection of products isn't huge (for stuff not made by them), but what they do sell is top notch. And being able to 'try' all of their products in the store, with suggestions from the folks that make them, is fantastic!

They have the most amazing customer service in store and online. I originally purchased Lelo Ina 2 by going into their store front. I was unsure of what I wanted but they helped me and gave me wonderful and thorough insight on all the toys I was interested in. I had a lovely time just chatting with the sales associates.
Recently, due to a bolt of lightening, the charger for my Lelo melted. Luckily, it wasnt plugged in to the charger so the toy is fine. I went online and ordered a new charger easily. I waited a week but got no shipping confirmation, only a purchase one. I found this odd because the site says 2-3 days for it to be shipped and I only live about 45 minutes from their warehouse. I called their customer service line and the lovely woman refunded my order and made sure that my new charger would be put for shipping first thing Monday morning.
I am extremely pleased over all with this company.
The only problem I've had is that it is confusing to get to their store front but they got me there just fine with directions over the phone.response / report this review -

I have had the worst luck on finding shops to respond to me concerning a very unusual item search and Ashley from Liberator got back with me within 5 minutes of me sending out a email. I cannot stress enough how refreshing it is to actually have a awesome customer service experience in this day and age. Thank you and I will be coming back simply because of how easy and pleasant you were at communicating with me. Awesome!

Alysa helped my husband and I today. We were all set on the liberator wedge/ramp combo and when she had us demonstrate different positions we actually changed our minds to the black label hipster and the arch.because we are both tall (I'm 5'8 long torso and he's 6'4) those items worked so much better. We were going to order from Amazon based on great reviews but we are so happy we went to the showroom to see for ourselves. Alysa gave us some new ideas and positions to try and we got a sale price, $50 off our purchase and a free gift! When all was said and done we saved more money this way and got a completely different item that is more custom to us and amazing service. Thanks girl! Datenight is definitely at home tonight ;)
