After my felt bottom Patagonia wading boots came apart on the Chattahoochee, I dropped in and the staff helped me with a full replacement. This is why I buy Patagonia. My new boots arrived in 2 days!

This review is about Rachael, one of the managers at the store. I came into the store a couple days ago and asked to be directed to a knowledgeable employee to discuss socks and how to get my feet warmer. Rachael cared so much that she personally took me to various employees to discuss my tricky question and knew exactly who to connect me with. I felt so taken care of by the way she handled me.

This place is fantastic, besides the limited up front parking. Every staff here is very friendly and willing to help, even if they don't know everything about each product they'd will find out for you. I personally love Patagonia jackets as they. Are fantastic construction and Patagonia stand by their products and will fix and repair anything for the life of the item. It is a little pricey but I find it is worth it.
