First I will say I love Rugged Wearhouse and have shopped with them for years but primarily in the Buford location. Now Duluth is closer so I go there and for the most part, the store is fine and employees are nice but they really need to get new carts. All of them are EXTREMELY squeaky to the point that it's embarrassing if you use one. Also, I had a terrible experience with the manager named Shannon. She was very disrespectful to me when I was making a return (with receipt and tag), with attitude told me she didn't believe me (that it hadn't been worn) and that she'd never take a return from me again. I was appalled, especially considering she did this in front of 10+ other customers in line. The store manager Lavern is very nice and contacted me after I filed a complaint.

Great cheap clothes. Most of what they have is casual wear. Middle to Upper brands at rock-bottom prices.
