Good location, helpful employees. They have great deals and good brands. Discounts are awesome and you always end up with some Kohl’s cash to bring back.

One of the clean and neat store. Very good items available during this holiday season. I could get all the items for reasonable prices! I visited many kohl stores. Among all those this store is very nice. Would like to visit many times as much as I can !! .. happy holidays and shopping !!

Not the best and biggest Khols store I already been. Because of that you can't find all products you may need. Better look online.

Love Kohl's for all the deals available, but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us with a locked cabinetall while three workers were chatting about Game of Thrones at customer service not more than 20 feet from us. Am avid viewer myself, I understand the excitement of the show; however, we were customers awaiting assistance, and they were doing nothing to help us.

Customer Service at this store is a mixed bag. Elizabeth at the Customer Service counter & Nitu in the Front End were both stellar--friendly, professional & expedient. Kristen (sic) in Cosmetics, was a completely different story. First, she greeted another customer who was just walking by, very warmly & enthusiastically, while completely ignoring me, as I was actually browsing in the Cosmetics section & standing closer to her than the passerby. Second, I approached her & she still didn't initiate a conversation (sale). I asked her if this store carried a particular product. They carry the line, so my question was relevant & it's very feasible for them to carry it. After giving me an extremely condescending split-second once-over (third), she decided it would be alright to answer me with a dismissive one-word answer (fourth). She didn't even bother to ask me anything further, based on what, I assume, my appearance presented as this morning (fifth). Not that that type of attitude is acceptable anywhere, but this is Kohl's, not Sephora. Even if I'd happened to stumble across the product, I wouldn't have purchased it this morning. I wouldn't want to contribute to her numbers/goals, given her attitude. She proved that she doesn't lack customer service skills-- it would just seem she dispenses them in a discriminatory manner. Truly disappointing.

Is a decent department store. Go there when you have a sale and you can get a lot of deals. Getting the Kohls card might help as well in getting some good pricing.

Typical setup like other stores. Found the staff helpful and though it was less crowded they added extra cashiers to reduce the wait time. Restrooms were clean. Store setup was less messy.

It's a fairly standard Ķohl's, nothing special.
I do really appreciate the free EV charging station! Don't like how all their item prices are supposed mark down from some supposed "regular" price people get swayed by such tactics. The "regular" prices are unreasonable, but the actual selling price is better, not great but okay. I did get a great knit cap that I'd very comfortable and warm at a good price (and a free charge on my car!)response / report this review -

Great variety, good prices. Sometimes is hard to find a staff member to help you out. There was only one cashier available and sometimes you have to "bring" extra patience. Otherwise great staff, friendly and helpful.
