The most unprofessional "manager" I have ever come in contact with. The pool area feels like a humid sauna. Unsafe and dirty. The pool did not feel heated whatsoever after I called to ask and make sure it was. The Jacuzzi looked too scary to even get in. There's we're broken tile where you or a child could easily get hurt on. The sauna had a padlock on it. The photos on the website are compete false advetisemt. When I called the manger to complain about the poor conditions she was extremely rude, even accusing me for being there longer than I had been because I was trying to check out and get a refund. Not a good place to take your family like I thought it would be. So disappointed with awful accommodations and rude staff.

This Extended Studio Stay is a great place for the price. It’s very comfortable and clean. The staff is professional and accommodating.

Rude, lazy and ignorant front desk staff. Upon check-in, I asked about the area and where to dine but the front desk lady had no idea what was in the area within walking distance and offered no additional information or help. Side door did not open even with a room key and she told us it would so we then had to carry all our baggage around the building and through the lobby to the very end room. (Traveling with a truck and trailer so parking options were limited) .There were abrupt sounding notices posted around the hotel about their policies and how guests would be charged or fined for non-compliance. Good service and guest satisfaction is clearly not a concern here. At checkout, a different front desk person was sitting on the counter doing nothing while others work. I was not asked how my stay was either. It was very unprofessional. Noticed bad odors in the hall way and very dirty carpet too.

This place will rip you off at any chance they get I got pink in my towel and a wash cloth and the charged me over 40 bucks they want a 200 deposit. They never gave me the evidence or towels. It constantly smells like marijuana and the manager will judge your personality. They gave my laundry to someone else but me and wouldn't give my tablet back til I paid for laundry I never saw. The beds are comfy though. Just don't get a mark on them or they will charge you. I was there for over a week.

DON'T STAY here!
Locals living here, fights & weirdos at front desk and adjacent areas. God forbid you check in after 3pm they will give your reservation away,& only offer non-remodeled smoking rooms with missing tv's, avoid the 4th floor rooms, I would rather stay at the Shining Hotel!response / report this review -

Great place to relax and very nice neighborhood around it,. So close to freeway 15.,(Barstow / San Bernardino) and to many places to go shopping,..!!!

This place also has locals living there, that can be at times interesting. Free hot breakfast if you can get some before they do. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I would highly recommend this Hotel to any family that needs a place to stay! The hostess was very accommodating as soon as we entered the hotel. Our car is broken down and she took care of our luggage and provided a room as soon as it was available! We were even offered breakfast that morning which was much appreciated! The breakfast is great, rooms are clean and roomy for a family of 5, price is perfect, laundry room is a plus, and the indoor pool was a big plus for our light skinned family. The staff was so nice and hard working. The lady in the front working the breakfast buffet never stops working! She keeps the area super clean and is very helpful! There is really nothing to complain about. We are almost on night 3 over here and it makes us having to stay put a little easier.

Our reservation was lost. Their input put us out of our room. We had to find a new place or accept the last 2 smoking rooms that was available with a discounted rate. We were exhausted from the long drive, so we took the rooms. No we don't smoke and housekeeping could have been a lot better. Other than that, I will plan with a plan B next time. The location was next to the freeway but good for shopping and traffic was always very congested.

I've stayed here before, I like that the rooms are big however, the security deposit fee they charge you is too much$150? that is like Vegas priced resorts. It is not worth it. Even though you get it back when you check out, I'm sure customers feel the same.

If they had a security guard, I would give them a 5 star rating. My family and I really enjoyed the hotel stay. Everything was clean, the employees were friendly, and we were more than comfortable. BUT, my sons bike was stolen from our truck within minutes of arriving. There was a drug dealer standing on the side entrance that offered me drugs. And I had to continuously go outside to check on our vehicles. Currently, this is not a safe place. But with a respectable security guard, it can be.
