This place was great. Pool and hot tub were open and very relaxing, the room was nice, even had a mini fridge, a microwave and a bath tub. Breakfast was the best part, so many choices, ranging from muffins and bagels, to scrambled eggs and sausage, to fresh waffles, to cereal, to yogurt (complete with granola to mix in) to fruit, and even coffee and orange and apple juice. While we stopped by on the way to San Diego, I would take a trip just to stay here for a mini vacation.

The hotel is great. The staff for the most part is awesome as well. I am a supervisor for the company I work for so what I saw happen with a new staff member made me mad and should be addressed by management. A new staff member was treated poorly by the one training her and this should be not happen in this day and age. Even if the treatment was warranted, which from my perspective it was not. It should not ever happen in front of guests. I spoke to the new employee in the morning and ther were upset and rightfully so. I advised the new employee to hang in there and right this review in hopes that management will see it and address it. I will not leave the name of the employee in question but will leave the date and shift it happened. 4/9/18 on the overnight 10-6

I’ve stayed at better Best Westerns, but our room was clean and the fridge and microwave were a plus. Bathroom not real clean, but I’d rather have clean sheets than a clean bathroom. Hot tub was nice and hot. Good breakfast—eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, juices, coffee, etc. Good service. Also, hotels are relative; seemed like the next options in the area were over $100 for higher end or under $70 for hotels with really bad reviews. Happy with this one.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Sam and Mary made us welcome. The breakfast was nice because it had all the essentials needed to enjoy your meal. The check out process went smoothly and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend staying here.

I booked a double Queen room at the Best Western at Cajon Pass for a trip with my parents who were visiting the US in December 2017. We booked this spot because we wanted to get away from the city and live in a more natural landscape and it is perfect for that. The hotel is managed by a very sweet and welcoming Indian couple. My parents and I enjoyed our interactions with them and their hospitality and kindness. They really made us feel at home. The location is perfect because it is not in the middle of a big city, in a quiet and beautiful area. The drives around this area are very picturesque and there are many public lands and state forests to enjoy around here, Silverwood Lake was a short drive away and beautiful.

Best hotel in Phelan CA .. which means that you need to stay there if your going around there beds where amazing , huge space looked like a house and super affordable! !! Sound like this is better than Marriot

This motel should definitely not be labeled a best western. It was the worst best western I've ever been. Unprofessional management ROACHES in the room! Didn't seem to phase them when I let them know. The manager was supposed to give me a call regarding the situation, but instead he put me on a do not rent list! What a joke the so called breakfast is a shame. Unless your rate is 35.dollars you've paid too much!!

Great location to get to the GlenHelen Park, which is why we chose to stay here. Staff friendly and helpful,rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast fab too!

stayed here for nocturnal aka ( glen Hellene park ) concert visit. the manager was so kind and even gave us some insight on how to better travel to the event in a timely matter.overall stay was fantastic! ill be here next year since its only about 14 min away from the venue [: would recommend to anyone , fair prices even when others were sky rocket high. you wont find anything this nice / affordable in san bernadino

The manager was extremely accommodating both on the phone while making reservations and, in person. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was one hand towel that seemed like it'd been used to remove mascara but had been washed. Not enough to knock off a star. Excellent experience!

Very Clean rooms I was impressed, the shower was clean and plenty of soap and shampoo. The air conditioner was cold and beds were very
comfortable. I was worry maybe so good. But I was very happy was clean

It was recently renovated, so big flat screens and comfortable mattresses. The man at the desk was personable and helpful with his knowledge of the area restaurants and eateries. No loud characters or parties that i saw.

The owner, Rick was so kind and generous. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, the breakfast was nice, and it was very hiker friendly.

Disgusting environment. Hotel overall is littered with trash, blood puddle outside our room, and bug bites in our room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the heater did not work. The food wasn't very good either. I will never stay here again!
