This place sucks the two girl that worked yesterday didn't even say hello. I went to spend $100 on a gift and left with nothing. I will never be returning to this store.

I have been a customer for years and tried to exchange an unworn bike helmet and was told no.
My issue was that the helmet was sold with markers for my child to create her own design but some of the markers didn't work. The manager told me some colors dont work on some helmets?!?! Well why do you sell them like that?
Bottom line the situation was handled with arogance and they have lost my business over a $30 helmet.response / report this review -

I'm at the promenod every weekend with my family and I really enjoy this store with my stepson. They always have good sales and coupons, friendly staff.
