John and Damaris. what more can you say. This family owned shop does what all small businesses do. They provide the customer with with they need as well as what they want. They are not pushing you into a $5k bike if your skills only are set for. a $400 bike. I've been shopping there almost solely for the last 5 years.

John and Dee are always very friendly, and have always made extra efforts to satisfy my wife and I , no matter what the issue is, they are always willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy us. Service is reliable, fast, and quality. Upgrades are always made sincerely, with customer in mind. I have had several wheel rims upgraded and managed to hang on to my bikes with John's assistance, service maintenance, and upgrades!

John, the owner is honest and very knowledgeable. He immediately recognized my 1976 Ross Gran Tour. He proceeded to give me a fair estimate and did an excellent job with all the repairs and upgrades! He was even ahead of schedule. My bike is like new now, and I highly recommend this business to everyone. Thanks John!!!

Went here because of the Google ratings and the "raving service" and I was not disappointed. A good selection of products and extremely helpful staff who after carefully helping us select our gear then threw in a discount. I am new to the area but will be my bike shop of choice.

I used to work much closer to this shop and they definitely are very friendly and helpful. I still make my way there when I need service as I know I can trust them with my bike.

To say that they have the best prices is an understatement. Not only on bikes but also on accessories. I've checked prices online for every single item I bought from them and they beat online prices every time except on a camelbak water bottle on Amazon that was one dollar less (if you have a prime membership and don't have to pay for shipping, however, I'd rather pay a dollar more and avoid the wait). I learned the hard way by buying my bike online (directly from Giant) and then finding out that they could've gotten me the same bike for 70 dollars less. Actually more than 70, since they throw some free stuff and maintenance with the bike. Also, the service is great and if you're an amateur like me, they will help you out tremendously. Nobody paid me to write this review. I'm just a happy customer.

As a wheelchair user it's often hard to find tires, and this places ALWAYS has the size I need! Their customer service is phenomenal.

Our research in purchasing bikes took us to Hillsboro Bike Center. We immediately felt at ease with the store because of the genuinely nice and knowledgable people. Dee and John never seemed annoyed with all of our questions and we never felt any pressure to purchase. After visiting several other stores, there was no question where we would end up purchasing from. We love our new bikes and we are confident that we supported a deserving local business.
