BRING EAR PLUGS!
People do not appear to know the purpose of a Library, but then again the library has made it a "kid friendly" environment. People bring their kids as if it was a daycare so consequently, kids start nagging, yelling, running, crying, playing, etc. It makes it hard to study, read, or even watch videos on your PC/Phone. I I've been to both branches (Spanish River Branch and this one) to study for my classes and practice my reading for the MCAT CARS but it is impossible. It is a nice library but if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place then this is too loud. To all of this, add the people who come here to sleep, taking their shoes off and stinking up the place, snoring so loud that they wake up the other sleeping beauties, watching comedy videos that cause them to laugh so loud, or even answering phone calls and talking on the phone like if they were at a concert and couldnt hear the person on the other end. Most people wont take the time to read this long review but, if you got to this point, dont be discouraged to come here, just bring ear plugs and make sure you sit away from those who take their shoes off and you will be fine.

Great selection of books, with even history, art and biography well represented and not just fiction. Great prices and neatly organized. The folks who work here do a really nice job.

The place is very nice, clean, great selection. I went there to study in a quiet place, butin the tables on the back. Three people sleeping, two snoring, forth person was chatting on the phone, with full sound. Try to study with that.

The library is very nice, the book selection is good and the faculty very nice and helpful. Beware: the computers and the internet connection are worse than dial-up. I've been frozen on a page for 30 min there nearly every single time ive been.
