Service here is top notch, we use one of the rooms a few weeks or so and it's always in tip top shape. Not to mentioned to coffee machine that everyone loves

I had one of the WORST experiences at this FBO. Not only were the staff rude and un-accommodating the state of the restroom was un- acceptable.
Upon first arrival we had been flying minutes ahead of a storm and were trying to unload our bags when we asked for a golf cart of sorts to help us beat the weather. Never in my life have I seen someone move so slow. By the time the crewman was even at the van to pick us up we were half way to the office. Then he was appalled that we did not want to wait for him. Not okay. It had already begun to rain. Once we get inside the front desk ladies were in a lengthily and loud conversation among themselves not even offing a "hello" or a "welcome". I went to use the restroom which was in terrible condition paper all over the floor and the sink was covered in water. When I went to tell them about the situation they were to engrossed in their conversation to notice me standing there. I was standing at the counter for a full 30 seconds until one of them noticed me. This was not only rude it was utter disrespect. The unhappiness continues when trying to check out one of the courtesy cars. Other then throwing the drivers licences back to my dad, landing on the floor. We had to go through 20 questions asking where we were going why we wanted this particular car. None of these questions were necessary and with 5 people in our party a van is more acceptable than a small sedan. When asked for the managers information so that we could give a review of our current discontentment we again were faced with 20 questions. Why do you want it. Why can't we talk to them, in which the response was telling them how poor they have just preformed their job and our discontent with them to which the ladies response was to lash out with attitude and try and defend their poor behavior. Once we obtained the managers phone number our calls were brushed off and basically ignored. when we finally received a call back from the manager he seemed like we were in the wrong to even be expecting anything different than the lack of service that we had received.
Honestly if I ever travel any where where Atlantic Aviation is located I will purposefully go out of my way to avoid this company at all cost. This was absolutely ridiculous.response / report this review -
