By far the best handmade chocolate company! We order over 250 gift sets customized with a logo for Hatzalah South Florida. The service was spectacular from ordering till hand deliver to each one in short periot time. We get so many compliments you guys don't mess around. Thank you so so much for making outr memmbers feel special

Absolutely terrible delivery service and terrible customer service!!! I literally never leave reviews but just got yelled at by someone, possibly the owner. Ordered something to be delivered to Brooklyn, NY to family for thanksgiving . Paid extra for 2 day shipping.
I called just now, to check when it will be delivered. I was now told it will be delivered on Friday. Day after Thanksgiving!
I obviously am upset and feel terrible. The person gets very unkind and nasty, says he will refund me my money and just hangs up the phone!! Obviously it’s too late for me to get anything sent to my family at this point.
I’ve ordered from other companies before and have never had this happen. I will obviously never use them again and to be so rude was completely inappropriate. I’m shocked at such a terrible attitude.response / report this review -

Amazing place to have birthday parties. My son turned five and Joseph really knows his chocolate and made this one special birthday. The kids loved it and learned all about chocolate. Thank you Joseph!

Best costumer service I’ve seen!! Needed an order delivered same day locally since my client was leaving town the following day. I wasn’t aware that the store is closed Sunday’s in the summer. Despite this, Le Choclatier delivered my order on their day off! And the chocolates, were of course delicious as always! Thank you so so much!!

Our school took a field trip here and it was AMAZING! Our students mentioned over and over that it was the best day of the school year. Joseph and all of the employees were so kind. It was organized and each child was able to take home all of the chocolate they helped to make. 10/10 would recommend coming by for a treat, a gift, a field trip or just for fun!
